What an amazing experience! My wife and I took our three kids all 6 and under and the staff went out of their way to make it so wonderful. They took out a lobster to let our kids touch and our server Deanna did such a good job. We WILL be eating here again.

I was having the worst day of my life.. . UNTIL I MET SERENA (Bartender) & TAYLOR (Manager). They were the dynamic duo to ANYONE'S BAD DAY. THEY CLICKED SO WELL WITH MY ENERGY, I WAS OFF.. AND TBH THIS IS MORE THAN A REVIEW, ITS A LIFE SHIFT. THEY GAVE ME THE ENERGY AND MOOS I NEEDED. THANK YOU TWO SO MUCH FOR BEING ON POINT WITH ME ON THIS NEE MENU, NEW TASTE, NEW DRINKS, NEW EVERYTHING!! YOU TWO ARE AMAZING IN YOUR OWN ENERGY ANS PROFESSIONALISM. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. Finally asked to pack it up. Lesson learned.
Made a reservation for dinner 1 hr 30 minutes before our theatre show. We were seated on time and ordered a bottle of wine with our meal. After an hour, we had finished the wine, but our food still hadn't arrived. We asked the server if our food would arrive in the next 5 minutes and were told no. We explained that we had to leave and asked for a check for the wine. She came back and said the manager wouldn't charge us for the wine. She then explained that the manager directed the kitchen to focus on the carry out orders instead of those dining in. The server was also frustrated, as that directly affects table turnaround and tips.

I ordered the shrimp three ways and everything was mostly good. The shrimp Alfredo has gone downhill from what it used to be and that’s the reason I’m only giving it a 4/5. Out service was great and everything else was pretty tasty.
