Food waste bad but I’m more mad about the fact they tried to make me pay twice if you’ve used cash app it shows when you spend money and we got the notification saying we spent $35.35 at sbarros they really tried to get me to pay twice!

Great little Pizza Stand here in the food court of Coral Ridge Mall here in Coralville. I have always had a good experience getting pizza slices here. The staff are always nice and friendly. I got 2 slices of Pizza (all the XL NY pizza style) which 1 was Pepperoni & 1 was Classic Cheese. Alongside, I got a strawberry lemonade which is really good. I recommend this food court Sbarro to anyone shopping the mall. Keep up the good work, Sbarro!-Shy_Gun670

Food is good however the guy idk owner is terrible. We ordered 2 pizzas to go and he told us 15 minutes. We walk away show up 15 minutes later ask for our pizza. He says it’s not ready yet, no big deal. However he didn’t even start our pizza until we came back 15 minutes later. So we wait 30 MINUTES for him to make and bake our pizza. He was just standing around talking for 15 MINUTES. It was a Tuesday night before 5:30 so it wasn’t busy. It would be a great way to make a fast good pizza and impress people but instead he chose to be lazy. I love sbarro pizza but I have not been back since this encounter.
