I asked for a drink with no ice. Now I get that people ask for that to get more product BUT it's insane to tell people they HAVE TO get ice.Do what i did when I bartended, I always said "no problem, just be aware it won't look as full because our drinks are measured." Easy, simple solution and you get a lot less angry customers and it lessens the opportunity for your baristas to show how much they lack customer service skills and talk condescendingly to customersYour barista told me I HAVE to get light ice, that she has sensitive teeth too and I can use a straw. And proceeded to ask me about where I go that they allow me no ice in my drink.Seriously if I'm paying $6 for a drink I really should be able to make the decision on if I want my drink super chilled or not.

Was not happy to get to work and realize that they did not make my coffee correctly. I can count on 1 hand how many times I have actually been satisfied when using this location. Sucks that no one cares that I didn't get what I ordered!?

We stopped here on our way back home to Michigan. Not only did we find a really rare cup, but the MOST delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte's we've ever had.

I love this location. I was wanting to try a sample of the Pink Drink not knowing it was a twist on my favorite Strawberry Acai Refresher. Staff was polite, quick and efficient. Drink was phenomenal. Will be back next time I'm in town.

The staff here is ALWAYS rude. Every single time I visit this location they are snotty and rude. Their manager is ridiculous in up charging for light ice which no other local Starbucks does! It is only a money making ploy and goes against everything that is Starbucks to customize drinks. I do light ice because I have very sensitive teeth. For a drink that is already over $5, I don’t think it’s too much to ask to enjoy my drink. On top of that they are ridiculously rude when you ask as if you’re taking money out of their pockets.

The service is great and the staff are super friendly but the coffee, not so great! I’ve had the best lattes by Starbucks but this isn’t the place that does the best. Even the Caramel machhiato was not good.
