Every time I go to this Starbucks (which is WAY TOO OFTEN), they're friendly, professional, and kind. They always say hello and ask about my day. If I haven't been in for a bit, they ask where I've been and how I'm doing. I work with college athletes, and they ask about our teams' performances and how different meets or games have gone. They're above and beyond, and it makes my day every time I swing by to pick up an order!

We were driving through town and stopped at the Starbucks drive through. The young lady asked me how my day was going and I told her I was heading home from visiting my wife in the hospital. She was very sympathetic and courteous. I placed my order and told her I wanted to add money to the Starbucks app to pay for my drink. When I pulled up to the window, I added the money and she told me that they were upgrading to the next size drink and the drink was their treat to me. I was so blessed to have received such a wonderful expression of caring. Thanx to you all at Starbucks.

If your in Iowa City visiting the hospital and are completely stressed out....I highly recommend coming to this Starbucks the staff are friendly and genuine, as well as being efficient with your time and fast with your order. 10 outa 10 highly recommend.

They didn't secure the lid before handing it too me and it spilled all over my car and me. I went in to ask for napkins and they just said "oh no that's too bad"

I usually go through the drive thru here. Stopped inside today because the line outside was busy. I have never seen such a messy Starbucks, wow! I had to leave because that is how disgusting the place was. Garbage everywhere on the floor and all over the countertops. I really didn't feel safe ordering anything from here. I had to walk out. Don't know how the people sitting in there and working there couldn't notice how gross the place is. I can't go back here ? Luckily Hy-Vee has one right around the corner and it's kept clean!
