When someone asks for oat milk and dairy free substitutes, please actually give it to them. I’m now suffering from someone’s laziness. Came in today, 11/15/23 at around 10AM and it is now 11:05AM and I’m having severe bowel distress. I ordered a caramel brulee for my partner and I got a iced OATMILK gingerbread latte. I only have bowel issues with dairy and tomatoes, obviously there were no tomatoes in this drink and I haven’t had anything else to eat or drink today.Dietary restrictions: They don’t cater/lie about catering to any dietary restrictions.

There’s one a few drinks that I will get. Love the drinks I have an app on my phone where I get points for scanning receipts. I asked the lady for one and she seemed extremely put out and pissed that she had to print one off. Some of us also use the receipts for tax purposes as well.

I love the convenience of it being inside the grocery store. The service the Barista offered was also great, but the coffee itself this time was a little off.

Cashier was rude. The person looked like they didn’t want to be there. No communication and misled me to purchase.

The coffee quantity is 40% less. Not even decently full. Stingy with their service.

This Starbucks currently has a massive fly problem. There are dozens of flies buzzing around. I visited twice a month apart and it was still a problem the 2nd time. Perhaps go to Barnes & Noble or the one in HyVee instead.

These employee's work at the speed of sloth, took 10 minutes for 2 drinks. Only one employee making drinks while the others chitchat.
I had never been to a Starbucks before last Saturday. I didn't think it was my thing, with the prices, language and overall impression given by memes and the internet in general. (And I don't drink coffee.. the smell usually makes me gag.) I was on date night last weekend and we grabbed food from Chick-fila. The food court was sooo chilly so I got a craving for my guest proper Chai Latte of the season. The ordering was quick, the barista friendly and I got my warm goodness quickly. Mispelled my name, of course, but that's Starbucks tradition I hear! It was at least a variation of my name, and I'm used to that Definitely will come back when I make my (very) rare trips to the mall!

IM so sick and tired of Google Maps NOT telling me when the Starbucks is inside of a f****** Target that is not even open at 6:30 am!

Thank goodness for this Starbucks. As if Target needed me to spend more time in its store! I walk in for one item and leave with one cart full more times than not. And that's always the case any trip I start with a coffee in hand. While Panera opens at 8A more times than not in the food court, I have found the Starbucks living in Target to consistently be open earlier... during holidays, etc. (There's another Starbucks in Barnes & Nobel but it doesn't open as early annnnnd is on the other side of the mall!) The baristas are always pleasant. My Redcard gets 5% off my order. My kids always can go for a cake pop-- and they have some that look like Bullseye the Target dog. Pricing is typical, menu as well. Not a ton, but enough seating is available. AND they even have markdowns of coffee/merch occasionally. (Half priced Christmas blend on Dec 26!? Don't mind I do!) The only reason this location isn't a five star is that I always have a cart of kiddos and their aisles are kind of hard to maneuver. Which seems silly because most customers do have a cart. And also, I get WHY they don't have WiFi-- but I'd appreciate if they did :)
