Worst subway by far. Management is very unfriendly. They barely put any veggies on your sandwich and then get frustrated when you ask for more . Also making to go order with no gloves.

SAM the store manager is one of the best customer facing employees I’ve ever met. He strives for excellence in his work environment. I came this evening to pick up an order and my order along with someone else’s, was stolen. Same was incredibly apologetic, communicative, and attentive while he remade our sandwhiches. Subway, you need to hire more people like Sam. You can tell he treats all of his customers with respect and kindness, this wasn’t a one off situation. SOMEONE, give this man a raise!!!!

Worst subway sandwich experience i have ever had. While ordering chicken bacon ranch sandwich, I asked for extra toast coz I like my food hot. Instead, I got cold sandwich. Bread is not toasted at all. Chicken is barely warm. Bacon is hard as a rock. Management needs to look at the quality control of their service.
Girl working was very slow ,3 customers behind us No one sitting .Tried the new foot long nachos, boring ,bland and not much meat . They let too many people not ordering subway food take up tables space Like Walmart works just sitting talking on phones 😡

Talked to Manager and closing associate 2 days prior. Warned them I was making a late order for 5 people on Thursday. Due to their, yes same 2 people with my last large late order, both agreed it was good to remind them. Came in tonight 8:30p.m. and no food. Closing young lady said she forgot and already processed my refund( with no notice) and closed early then my order popped up. Young lady was talking and laughing with 2 young guys and told me she closed early and my order popped after she closed everything down. I told her to call her Mgr. She did first thing he asked was how much money my order was for, after 10+ minutes of listening to more excuses...I told her never mind I was calling Corporate and giving her a bad review
I'd give zeros, but it won't allow... Website says open and restaurant was closed at 115p on NFL Sunday.

It was one of the worst customer service I ever received in fast food restaurants in my life
Just had a great experience here! Our group needed 13 sandwiches. We called the other subway nearby and they said no. Trayvon at this location happily agreed to accommodate us! All the sandwiches we needed were ready on time and made correctly. Thank you so much!

placed an online order- got there and waited 30 minutes then he said he accidentally threw away the receipt and left off half the things (and said the bread ran out) on both sandwiches ◡̈
Lattiney is the best! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness, which is not expected at a fast food chain! I called an hour before I had a luncheon, and he was able to accommodate the allergies and picky eaters! I’ll only be coming to this Subway in the future!
The employee behaves inappropriately
I ordered online and I went there but no one was there and kept waiting for 25 minutes ,when he came he said he was on break, after that I didn’t find any of my sandwiches
