Terrible service, employees walking around slowly acting annoyed to see customers come in. One employee remarked ”do people not cook anymore”, audible cursing and swearing. Orders getting mixed up, shouting across at people to see what the name on their order is. Ordered 30 mins ago and people who came later got theirs first.

Smells dirty. Staff always rolls their eyes or is wandering off and you stand there for 5-10 mins without anyone there. Staff rolls their eyes even more or even go “oh my Goooood” when you place an order for 4 people. Then they cram more sandwiches into one paper bag than the paper bag can support. If you don’t want to work there and have to go “oh my Gooood” when I give you good business, then don’t work there.

I'm very disappointed in oskaloosa subway. Many times we have ordered subway online and there's almost always something wrong with our sandwiches. Tonight I got a sub with NO dressing. Ordered Mayo and sweet onion sauce but didn't get either dressing. It was awful and dry!!!

SAM the store manager is one of the best customer facing employees I’ve ever met. He strives for excellence in his work environment. I came this evening to pick up an order and my order along with someone else’s, was stolen. Same was incredibly apologetic, communicative, and attentive while he remade our sandwhiches. Subway, you need to hire more people like Sam. You can tell he treats all of his customers with respect and kindness, this wasn’t a one off situation. SOMEONE, give this man a raise!!!!

Worst subway sandwich experience i have ever had. While ordering chicken bacon ranch sandwich, I asked for extra toast coz I like my food hot. Instead, I got cold sandwich. Bread is not toasted at all. Chicken is barely warm. Bacon is hard as a rock. Management needs to look at the quality control of their service.

Talked to Manager and closing associate 2 days prior. Warned them I was making a late order for 5 people on Thursday. Due to their, yes same 2 people with my last large late order, both agreed it was good to remind them. Came in tonight 8:30p.m. and no food. Closing young lady said she forgot and already processed my refund( with no notice) and closed early then my order popped up. Young lady was talking and laughing with 2 young guys and told me she closed early and my order popped after she closed everything down. I told her to call her Mgr. She did first thing he asked was how much money my order was for, after 10+ minutes of listening to more excuses...I told her never mind I was calling Corporate and giving her a bad review
I'd give zeros, but it won't allow... Website says open and restaurant was closed at 115p on NFL Sunday.

Just had a great experience here! Our group needed 13 sandwiches. We called the other subway nearby and they said no. Trayvon at this location happily agreed to accommodate us! All the sandwiches we needed were ready on time and made correctly. Thank you so much!
