Do not eat here. Sometimes it feels like the workers do not care what food they’re being put into bags. You can literally see part of the chicken in my burrito being raw, and part being cooked. Crazy difference in quality from this store and the one in North Liberty.

The gal that took our order was awesome!! She was easily handling the counter plus the drive thru like she's been doing it for years! Food was HOT and the place was very clean and well stocked. Very impressed with this Taco Bell ❤️

We travel for a living and visit a lot of Taco Bell’s around the country. This is by far the worst. Placed an online order several minutes out on the highway. Got there and it was already made. I could feel the cold quesadilla through the bag when they handed it to me. Supposed to be prepared when you get to window? Not here! Hard shell taco was soft, and collapsed when trying to eat because the toppings had soaked through the shell. Quesadilla cheese wasn’t even melted, let alone cooked in the press. Potatoes were hard as rocks and the cheese/sour cream didn’t help. (Couldn’t even stab them with a fork!) And our cinnamon twists? All over the inside of the bag, sugar dust everywhere.

If I could put zero stars I would.The service in this Taco Bell is horrible, waited over 30 minutes to get the food. 3 employees standing there confused because they got the order wrong.please do not go here especially if your going threw the window. DO NOT GO

The drive thru speaker is awful. I don't know if it's user error or it just sucked. Waited forever at the window to get my food. The lady at the window wasn't the nicest. It's like i was interrupting her day and i was the reason she had to work. They had music in the kitchen. It was so loud i could barely hear anything that was said. The food was good. It never fails that they always forget something like a straw, napkins or a fork. I've been to this location multiple times. They are pretty hit and miss with the service. You either receive great service or not so great service.

My wife ordered a Cantina Chicken bowl. They forgot to make it. When they made it, theyforgot the chicken. When told about it, they looked at my wife like she was crazy. She showed them there was zero chicken. After much consultation, they decided to give her the chicken. Wtaf?

was the only person there and when i pulled up the drive thru worker with a black hat on was sitting in his car, I could tell because I could see the glow from his headset. I then had To wait and repeat my order three times, all while the worker sounded irritated. I stopped in December 9 on Monday at 5 o’clock

The food is super hit or miss at this location, whoever isn’t working tonight should be whoever is needs to be retrained. I ordered a bean burrito bc I’m a vegetarian, but the first bite I take is all ground beef, when I unroll it I can see a portion of it has beef and the rest doesn’t. So whoever made it realized they messed it up part way through putting meat on it and just decided to give it to me anyway??? Are you serious?? How hard is it to remake a 3 ingredient burrito to avoid an annoying interaction of someone bringing food back to you because of your mistake? If you think I wouldn’t notice or any other vegetarian wouldn’t notice, we do lol. I thought about bringing it back but figured it would probably be remade with meat again out of spite so I didn’t bother. I am sending you the worst vibes and I hope everytime you order food it is trash like mine 💖
