Came in after the dinner rush and ate bartop. The gal running bar service that night was lightning quick, my beer glass would refill the second it started looking low and dishes would vanish the moment I set them down. I didn't catch her name. She introduced herself in the begining but the nearby table was being noisy right at that moment so I didn't catch it. Whoever it was, management should give her a pat on the back I've been a lot of places and very rarely is service as quick as she was (she was working 3/27/25@2045 through the duration of my meal).
Food was generally good, went with the steak&ribs and the ribs were very fresh and the char on them was still crunchy. The star loss comes from the steak, I ordered medium and got what I can only describe as blue rare, if it had been cooked any less it might have started mooing and snacking on my side of seasoned rice while I worked on the ribs. Might have just been a kitchen in training that night as the gentleman next to me got a "medium" burger that had been cooked till it crumbled.
So to recap, not slammed on a weeknight, fantastic service, food was good but not great (2/3).
Parking: Main entrance is on the west side of the building.

Server tried to rush us out the door halfway through our meal, asking if we wanted boxes. Came back a little later and asked to clear up some of our dishes, then started with one I was still eating from. Next she plunked down a small device she brought to the table, asking us to use it to pay, and then she left us. Folks we are not slow eaters. Kind of a Jekyll/Hyde thing tough, as she acted perfectly nice when taking our order. Weird right? To be fair I have to say that the food quality was real decent.

The food is alright but way too salty. They need to learn to manage that. They cook with soy bean oil which is another extremely important thing that has to change. Soybean oil is not only bad for the health but it defeats the purpose of it being an authentic steakhouse by using such an oil to cook with. They are better of using tallow or organic butter.
The atmosphere, it’s way too crowded and loud for families with kids sensitive to their surroundings; it may be too much for certain kids.

My prime rib tasted like barbecue sauce. Not the taste I'm going for for such an expensive piece of meat. Other than that it was okay

We didn’t have the best experience with the food because our app came out wrong and our filet mignon came out pretty rare and then sit and wait for it to be reheated. However, the manager Morgan Chedester. Did an amazing job even though we were upset at the start of the convo, he remained professional and friendly and took care of us and our concerns. We hope our food was just a one time thing because it happens. But the fact that we felt listened too and cared for will have us come back again.

It's mostly nice, but the steaks are often undercooked. If you ask for medium, you'll probably get medium-rare.

The service and appetizers were great, but I went there with my family on New Year’s Eve for a main course meal which is a family tradition. I ordered the 14oz ribeye medium and it came out 3/8” tick on one end and 3/4” on the other. 2/3 of the steak was well done, 1” med and the rest med rare with a lot of fat and gristle. I’m 58yrs old and it was the worst steak I ever had. I went ahead and ate it because I didn’t want to wait another 30-45mins. I doubt if I ever go back. I’ll go to Longhorn!

I love to eat at Texas Roadhouse, as I travel for work. Usually, the food is great, but today everything was cold. The butter never melted on my baked sweet potato, Dallas filet was cold, luke warm (but ate it anyway because I was hungry), veggies cold. They let me use my veteran coupon and pay the difference for my filet. The dinner was comped yet still took the coupon, head scratcher... oohhh well
My server, as I was sitting at the bar was busy making drinks and wasn't able to check sooner.

My gf and I really like the food here, but a couple things bother us. The biggest is they don't pre-bus tables. We had 2 empty glasses, plates for the bread, and salad bowls still on our table when we paid. That's tacky guys, c'mon now! The music was a bit loud. My gf got mac and cheese, and it was the worst she's had in a long time. All my food was great, and we've never had a bad food experience there before this visit and this particular side.

This is the busiest TX Roadhouse I've ever been to. The service was quick, the server was excellent-attentive and professional. We didn't feel rushed, even though there was a long wait line. Great steak!!
