Texas Roadhouse was a great experience! I had never been before but had always heard the reputation of the rolls- which are well deserved. The service was prompt and helpful- shout-out Sofia (Give her a raise or bonus)- and the food was delicious. One of my favorite dining locations in the Iowa City area. The music was a little loud, but I did not personally care.
Came in after the dinner rush and ate bartop. The gal running bar service that night was lightning quick, my beer glass would refill the second it started looking low and dishes would vanish the moment I set them down. I didn't catch her name. She introduced herself in the begining but the nearby table was being noisy right at that moment so I didn't catch it. Whoever it was, management should give her a pat on the back I've been a lot of places and very rarely...
