OTR truck driver here. Go ahead and Shop but watch getting into the parking lot, they have low clearance markers so trucks can't get onto the parking lot. I have to park around back not the pleasant of experience.

I scheduled an online appointment in the automotive for 5pm yesterday I get there 15 minutes early like the app said. I talked to an employee and they said it would be about 30 minutes. I leave to get dinner and come back at 5:45 they hadn’t even started on my vehicle. The only reason they started on it when they did was because I asked if it was done yet. I out of there until 7:29 absolutely ridiculous. I just had a baby and for us to sit there from 4:45pm -7:20pm is dumb especially when we were quoted 30 minutes. They also didn’t reset the mileage when they were finished which you would think is part of the process.

Worst Walmart I've been to in my life. Not only was it dirty, filled with terrible service, and possessing shelves full of soon to be expired food. But I've now been declined a whole purchase due to having a paper ID. Worst Costumer Service I've had. If I could rate it lower I would. Take your money to Hyvee, Target, or any other Shopping Center. Beneath the new shelves and displays, is a terrible experience. Me and my family will no longer shop from this cooperation. Absolutely Abhorrent.

It's a small town Walmart. The employees very obviously don't care about anything, and EVERYTHING is "someone else's job." Multiple associates walk right by with no intent to clean. In the returns department, they literally walk away from a line of customers 10 people deep. The bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in 2 weeks. The shelves are ALWAYS poorly stocked, and literally falling apart. Even with the new renovation, it's a disaster because the purchasing manager is clearly untrained and a complete moron. The auto department is hardly ever open either.

I absolutely hate the new setup. Nothing is where it used to be. The self-checkouts were designed poorly. Either the scanner is way too sensitive or isn't sensitive enough, there's no happy medium. It takes forever to scan and bag your own stuff. I always try to have an actual cashier ring me. In the very desperate times I check myself out.
There was ONLY ONE actual register open with a VERY L O N G line. The rest were self checkouts! …..and they are so worried about theft with the self-checkout!!!
