We were inside the building for five minutes. The line didn't move. The people at the register hadn't even been acknowledged. There were at least six people behind the counter working. We have stopped here multiple times on road trips and each time has been awful. This time was the worst.

No utensils or dressing or napkins were provided on drive thru order. Once I found something to eat with, I found wads of slimy what I think was once lettuce hidden under the toppings. Along with old rusty brown lettuce. Definitely put me off from Wendy’s when trying to eat something reasonably healthy on the road.

Food is usually pretty good, staff is decent. My main issue is the drive thru window. I'm sure it was a company initiative but it is really dumb to close down the first window and they have you pay at the second window and then they have you pull past the windows so they can walk the food to you. What is the point! 90% of the time no one was behind me so they now leave the building to walk it to my car and no one else is in the drive thru. If it's so they can say that they served a person under a certain time because they pulled away from the window it's a lie.

Posted a mobile order, waited 15min to go pick it up, waited in the drive through for 10min, was told to wait in the mobile parking for another 17min. Finally got my food and it was cold, and had hair in it. Horrible service. Don't ever go here.

The staff today was phenomenal! Super friendly, went above and beyond what I have ever seen in the fast food industry. Craig was especially great! This team needs to be recognized for their hard work and dedication!

Was just there this morning at 11am. Upon ordering my food and coming to the window, my food was instantly handed to me. Clearly showing they somehow by 11am had already premade a bunch of food. Fries were ice cold. Burger was dry. Nuggets are nuggets. The coke I got to drink was absolutely terrible like the bag hadn’t been changed in over a week or two. Just a horrid experience. No wonder there is never a line at this place and steak and shake has 5 people in a row ordering food. Wendy’s is a good place for food when people actually put forth some semblance of effort into the food. What a waste of money. Service was good, very people oriented and kind.

my boyfriend and i were ready to munch but after we paid for our food the lady at the second window stopped in her tracks to stop and stare at me, the passenger in the vehicle, and pull the food back in the window. she then asked if “we were sure we payed for our food”. we said yes, and then she ran to the back to verify. she then came back and apologized to my boyfriend with the explanation of, “sorry your passenger was suspicious.” Incredibly rude.
