Very disappointed I went to the Coralville ia Wendy was there 15 min at the counter and ignored while they helped out the other ppl behind me and they got there food and I was still ignored. After 15 min I walked out with no food and they never said 1 word to me.

Wendy's treats employees like trash.Driving past, I saw the sign that they're serving breakfast so I wanted to try it for the first time.Drive-thru, they have the menu so far up/ angled you have to pull up to the voice box to read it, otherwise I would've chosen before pulling up. No other cars in sight, the place is dead."Morning, what can I get you?" he asks the moment I pull up."Morning, I'll need a minute.""I don't have a minute."..."Any recommendations then?""That's 100 seconds. I don't have a minute. I'm on a timer.""That's 60 seconds. Do you have a recommendation?""If you like bacon-"I drive away next door to McDonald's, hopped in line, and had my food in about 2 minutes. Can't wait for this place to close. Maybe get a Chick-fil-A here instead.

I've had better. The order was incorrect. Burgers had food flavor but there was so much condiment on them we could not eat without making a mess & had to pull over to eat. The fries were overdone. We like Wendy's but this is one we won't be stopping at again when passing through.
Give this man a raise!!! I’m not exactly sure his name… it’s either Alvin, Allen, maybe Albert? Anyways, he’s always super friendly, he’s busy hustling, but always a pleasure! As delivery driver, I see many people working in fast food throughout the day, most don’t put in half the effort that this guy does! He’s running that front end! He’s simultaneously taking & filling drive through, delivery, front counter, and drink orders, ALL by himself. He’s always giving a 110%, it’s great to see people take pride in their work! I hope Wendys knows they have a gem & treat him right! ?

The food was adequate, but not very warm/fresh which we found odd at 1130 AMThey certainly need to spend some time cleaning around the edges...if you're seeing stuff on the walls, debris on the dividers-etc, it makes you start to wondering how clean is the kitchen they're making my food from? Can get a similar made to order burger from culvers for the same price, you know it's fresh, but, you can also pay what is being charged in fast food at a sit down restaurant...fast food should step it up. Likely would have no reason to return to this establishment
