My son’s wings were soggy and a few of them weren’t anything really no bigger than the width of my finger and basically was just batter. Definitely not worth the price
Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.
Wings where gummy no crisp whatsoever. Sad when your fried corn is the best thing on the menu! Should call it corn stop!
The fries are. Or the normal Wingstop fries and they are salty. The chicken was good though. It stinks bad near their pop machine.

MAN AT THE REGISTER IS VERY RUDE. First, I had a $50 order and I ordered ranch with like every item. I also specified EXTRA RANCH with my wings. When I received the bag I got NO RANCH. So I go ask for the ranch, and after already getting attitude from him about it when he brought it over, I asked if I could get an extra ranch LIKE I ORDERED and he would not give it to me. All he said was that he has to charge me for it even though I asked for it. REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE EXTRA RANCH I ASKED FOR. I left without my extra ranch. Horrible experience, that man needs to be FIRED.

Won’t cook food after 1:40 even if you get there at 1:35 the cashier will stand there and argue with you and tell you they won’t make it. Because they have to “clock out at 1 and leave” don’t be open till 1 if your not open till 1 but did offer me boneless wings that had been sitting there for who knows how long.

The food isn’t bad (other than the inevitable head and stomach ache from the sheer amount of grease) but my main complaint with this wingstop is how disgustingly dirty it is inside. It makes you wonder what the kitchen and cooks cleanliness is like, when even the card reader is caked in dirt and grease and there are flies everywhere. Just taking one look at the floor, floorboards, countertops you can tell nobody enforces mopping or vacuuming anywhere in here. Definitely makes you not trust the food

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING AND COOKING THE CHICKEN YOURSELF. LESS HASSLE. This store does not answer its phone for anything. If you dial 0. You're never getting off hold. If you dial 1 to make an order. I hope you like waiting over 45 mins before becoming frustrated and ordering elsewhere. Food was cold and chicken almost luke warm on the inside. This locations customer service was a 2.8 before I went there. How its open and continues to make money is disappointing. 0\\0 across the bored.

I’m writing my feedback to express my disappointment with the experience I had today, October 6th, at your Bailey’s Crossroads, VA (3521 S Jefferson St) location around 5:30 PM. During my visit, the lady at the register was quite rude, and my order was mishandled. My credit card was charged twice, and when we came back to pick up our to-go order, we realized that five Old Bay wings were missing—which, notably, were part of the second charge. When we called the store to address the issue, a young gentleman (who refused to give his name, stating only that he was a “crew member”) told us it was our responsibility to check the order and that nothing could be done unless we returned in person with the receipt. This was my first visit to Wingstop after hearing great things from a colleague, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. Not only were we overcharged and shorted on food, but the level of customer service was unacceptable. I hope this issue is investigated and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a refund for the duplicate charge or at least for the missing five wings.
I was met with short answered service apon entry, as this was my first time in ANY Winstop. My food was out faster than expected and wings were fully cooked but soggy. They also didn't tossed the wings in the sauce, Ive tossed plenty of wings in my restaurant days. I don't even thing the parm garlic ones have any sauce on them, they taste like oil. All 4 flavors were shoved in this tiny box and now anything I set these wrappers on will be saucy. Are the fries always this limp and soggy? Price was fair, if the standards were even close to normal.
