Fries were hot but not cooked all the way service was so slow that I almost drove off with out my food. I will never go back to that dairy Queen again

WORST DAIRY QUEENCustomer service was terrible, none of the three employees I encountered were helpful or friendly. Couldn’t even take my order properly nor do they know their own menu. Took forever to order and get our food…which was two plain cheese burgers and fried…very complicated, they even messed up one of the burgers. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a simple meal with a large blizzard and a large order of cheese curds. After waiting several minutes, I was told to pull forward to wait for my cheese curds because they forgot to put them in the fryer. I was eventually given about 8 cheese curds and told that that was the large. That is more than $1 per curd. That is absurd. All in all, nearly a 15 minute wait.

Where do I start? I get it, it was busy but I saw workers on break as it was the prime business ours. I order ice cream with my meal. That came out 20 minutes before my food. Not to mention when we did get our food, my wife was missing her order. I said somthing about it and the worker rolled her eyes at me and walked away. After waiting 30 minutes for our food.... we found the fries were so soggy it was unbearable. The toast was burnt and drenched in oil. They gave my wife the complete wrong burger. And when I said somthing about it they looked at me with a blank stare. I wasted $35 there and will not be returning to this pathetic excuse of a dairy queen.

My chicken was undercooked as well as my friends French fries. We were also waiting outside of the drive through line for 10 minutes for our food.

Drive thru took 15 minutes to get our food, and there was no one in front of us or behind us. Two people walked in, ordered, AND got their food before we got our two chicken basket orders. And they still got our order wrong. Lady getting our drinks didn't wash her hands after scraping stuff off the back of equipment with her bare hands. Very disappointed in this experience.

That's a bummer.I wouldnt have reviewed if i only just waited.. but i waited and got 2 nuggets which made me disappointed.Critique: please don't use so much bbq sauce. It's gross to have so much extra, its excessive.Staff was friendly i guess? but still took too long.

We always have a positive experience here. The staff are nice and helpful and the kids always enjoy it. Ice cream is top notch, of course, fries not as much but kind of what I expect at fast food. Kids enjoyed and that's what matters.
