We eat here quite a bit when we are in the area for work & aways come hungry. The last three times we have stopped hasn’t been the best. I feel like we are always having to find someone to fill up our drinks, appetizers aren’t put in, we were very patient on a day they had one sushi chef but was told the wait would be 20 min…an hour & 15 later our food hadn’t been started and it was so quiet in there.. service needs improved. why offer hibachi if the chefs make no effort & you charge an automatic 18% tip and expect people to leave an additional tip? food all tastes the same, too much butter / oil, I generally give places the benefit of the doubt but having gone a few times nothing changed & when an attempt to address with servers was basically brushed off. we didn't push it as not to create a scene. boo do better!
Horrible experience and service. They messed up on my bill and then recharged me more money. So now I have 2 charges that have gone through. $400 worth! Dining experience wasn’t even enjoyable anymore. They didn’t throw food to us, do the saki or anything fun. We will not be back.
