Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes before ordering & then another 17 minutes before getting window. Then sat there while the lady at the window stared at us and stood there.
Ordered food. Waited for 30 minutes. Saw other people getting their food that had ordered after us. Asked where our food was. Receipt on back counter and not even submitted to kitchen. Horrible service
Stopped in tonight for the first time
In awhile. Not the same hand cut fries. No hand formed hamburger patties. Even the doozie sauce tasted different. My husband and I didn’t even eat half our meal. Super disappointing. Didn’t even attempt the ice cream as who knows if that changed too ? Don’t fix what isn’t broken.

Doozies serves flavorful burgers with fresh lettuce and crisp pickles, accompanied by perfectly cooked fries. Their homemade strawberry ice cream is a highlight, packed with chunks of strawberries and generously portioned. The homemade ice cream is made right there in the store. They offer hamburgers pressed there, and fries and onion rings are all cut, battered, and cooked right there. The pork tenderloin was good, and the Buffalo chicken sandwich was good. The others were also happy with the burgers. The ice cream was great! Burger meals were great with generous portions. The staff are super nice. Everything is really clean, including restrooms. Prices are comparable to any other burger joint.
