So unprofessional and bad service! We walked in and the 3 employees were cussing, and saying things that shouldn’t be said in front of customers. We ordered on the kiosk and didn’t receive a receipt. They forgot one of our items, and when we went up to tell them they didn’t believe us. They played dumb and told us that we needed a receipt. The donuts weren’t fresh and our sandwich was burnt. Don’t recommend!

Never again. I ordered thru app. I got to all of them across Omaha, and order no ice. I have spoken to distric managers..... wht they did violated store policy of Dunkin.
I ordered on app med iced coffee no ice. They didnt even fill it 2/3 full. I asked them to finish filling g and they refused. They told me flat out if you dint get ice the cup will no be full. I told them I have spoken tk district manager and that is NOT store policy fill it. They refused. So I got home before I even put a straw in it because I wanted to take a picture as proof. It has no flavors and no liquid sugar as I ordered it and sticker on the side. I a. So tired of employees taking it upon theirs elves to save the company money. My $5 coffee is the only splurge I have and you ruined it.

I go to dunkin often and this morning my Dunkin latte was terrible. It had a burnt nutty taste to it and so I returned to the drive thru (no other cars in line) and just let them know my drink was off and asked if I could get a remake. The response was a rude “well it’s premade” I asked if they could swap it for a similar drink and I hear what I assume a manager in the back rudely yell “only if it’s the same price” then they just told me to pull up to the window where they are all giving me a dirty look. I give them my old coffee and they give me the same drink. Everyone was so crazy rude. I will definitely start going back to Starbucks and the local shops in town. Grow up and learn some customer service

There is one particular worker that is always SO rude and unhappy when she’s taking orders. All I order is a strawberry dragonfruit drink, and god forbid the strawberry isn’t out. She will irritatingly let you know.

Yesterday I went to this location and was instantly greeted with the worst customer service “I’ll be with you when I can” then was told they did not have the drink I ordered even though I read it off the menu. When I corrected her she rudely took the rest of my order and handed out the drinks, one of our drinks was missing espresso and tasted like straight milk while the other was supposed to be a Dunkalatte and was not. They also forgot our donut and told us they had given it to us when they did not. We were given the donut eventually and told they would not remake our drinks after Stacy rolled her eyes and told us no. She was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I have experienced. The service here is always terrible and it is never customer first service. All the workers here are mean and act like customers are an inconvenience and are always out of ingredients and making drink inconsistently. I will not be back and this location needs to figure it out.

She proceeded to rudely speak to the other employees about how 60 seconds for a iced latte is too long, then she continued to be little them and talk bad about other employees all while sitting on her behind and playing on her phone. I hope the employees leave and find another job. Its not worth it. Also 60 seconds for a iced latte is not enough time. You forced your employees to rushed and do a bad job. The drink was gross. Clearly you only care about looking good on paper and not to the customer.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve ever visited. There were multiple issues from start to finish. One employee was visibly sick and repeatedly coughing into her hand, which was very concerning. There was little to no basic interaction with customers, and I had to wait an unusually long time just to place my order. On top of that, the staff was consistently impolite. Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

This is by far the worst Dunkin in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area. They never get mobile orders right. I don't even think they look at them. I asked for extra flavor syrup and I can barely taste it which tells me they do not pay attention to orders. I would recommend going to any other Dunkin. It's worth the drive to make sure you get what you pay for.

Disrespectful can't pay attention when flustered hands it off to the lady that seemed to have everything under control which I'll give her that but the rest of the crew was giving shifty eyes at the window just because you can't get my order right. Than I ask for napkins you hand me a crumpled up paper I said 3 sugars and you can literally see the sugar not mixed got a big gulp of it never again
