This place has really gone downhill!! They can't make an ice coffee right taste like it's been sitting all day so when u ask them to add more flavoring thinking maybe it will taste better! They want to charge you extra! Well it should have been made right the first time!! Any other Dunkin I go to the coffee is perfect 👌 Sucks I gotta drive 20 mins just get a coffee made right someone needs to get this place figured out because obviously these employees don't care about there customers they just care about collecting A check! Get some people in here that know what they are doing and take pride in their work!!

I feel bad for the 2 employees that work here because their GM obviously doesn't care about how poorly this location is taken care of. They're out of stock of everything by 7 am regardless of the day. The drive thru, delivery, or walk-in will take you an hour. We love Dunkin. I was so thrilled we finally got one in CB. But this location continues to disappoint every time over the years. It's not the workers in the store. They are always overworked and grossly underpaid. Their manager or store franchise owner needs to put more money into hiring and product. Don't give me some half ass reply from your marketing team. Just read the reviews- and do better.

I’m very disappointed 1 mistake or 2 is acceptable but more than 5 times is just not okay, if they don’t know how to make a proper hot chocolate!!!!! They should let the customer know they literally should take the hot chocolate out of the menu This supposed to be hot chocolate taste like water, gross They literally mess up my whole order
They weren’t busy, I was waiting patiently hoping that they would make it right I do not recommend this Dunkin’ or any other

Idk what's going on but in the laster year dunkin has been getting better. It's cleaner, the food tastes better, and the service is quicker.
I now remember why I stopped going to Dunkin Doughnuts in Council bluffs. Jake and I went this morning to get coffee and Doughnuts after we ordered and pulled around the lady working come to collect payment and only had 1 coffee apparently the coffee I ordered is not available until sometime in January or February and she couldn't be bothered to tell me that when I ordered. Jake's coffee was room temp at best and our 10 pack assortment of doughnut hole had all of 2 maybe 3 flavors and the filling in the munchkins was rancid and sour tasting.

I have gone to this location twice now. Each time they don’t have anything needed to make basic items on their menu. Do not order ahead on the app it apparently only slows them down.
