Seems to be a common theme at all Dunkin’s in the metro Omaha area. Short staffed and slow service. Close the lobbies and focus on the drive thru or close the drive thrus, instead of running both with piss poor service

Today coming in was absolutely terrible. I witnessed a customer throw a doughnut at a workers face but instead of the workers calling the police they were gossiping about it for 1 hour in front of customers and not taking orders. Ridiculous do your job and grow

Nothing but confusion and disorganization in the drive through.. no one knowing what order goes where.. a customer talking having a casual inappropriate conversation to an employee while they are trying to make a drink while no one knows what is going on with orders . I feel bad for the person trying to take orders on headset looking like they are being trained..

I waited on line with two other people for over 10 minutes before walking out. The only two employees I could see were having a conversation with someone at the drive through window. One customer, who had apparently already ordered, asked about her drink and the one employee couldn't locate it, but didn't look too hard. Very poor service.

Was in line for 40 mins. Horrible drive thru set up and even worse service. Just go somewhere else.

Spent 23 minutes in the drive thru waiting for one iced coffee. But your trapped and can't just leave cuz the setup is junk. Apparently when it's gonna be a long wait we don't have the others pull up.
