If I could give no stars I would. If they make the drink right you're lucky. They never listen to you when you're ordering so you have to repeat yourself then they still get it wrong. The older gal always acts like she rushing around while others stand around clueless. Hope.shes not the manager, horrible example and NO customer service. Not even polite!
The manager here was absolutely rocking it training new staff, making drinks, and running the drive-thru all at once. Pure hustle, and great to see. That said, the glazed doughnuts we ordered were a letdown. They were clearly day-old and stale. Come for the hard-working crew and the coffee, but maybe skip the bakery rack.
Stacy and the rest of the crew that she has is very polite and welcoming and very helpful when it comes to orders and when I don't know what I want they are always willing to help me make a awesome selection

Dunkin' provides an amazing experience with great customer service. The staff is always happy and helpful, making recommendations and ensuring drinks taste good. While the coffee is a hit, the food can be inconsistent. The donuts taste excellent, but there is a need for more varieties to meet demand, as customers often find certain kinds are out of stock. The store could benefit from hiring more employees to reduce wait times, especially in the drive-thru. Despite these issues, Ricky's service has been noted as the best, highlighting the potential for great service. Overall, the atmosphere and service make it a recommended visit.
