“You have some of the best staff. Always friendly taking the order, up to window greeted with a smile. Very rarely a mistake. If there is one it is corrected right away with no issues. The egg bites are awesome. I always seem to get the young ladies, and I just couldn't drive away without tipping. Great job. Take a bow. You all deserve it.“
“They’ve got a fricken NASCAR pit crew in there, good lord I didn’t even need the coffee after I pulled out the lot. I usually go to the Broadway locations by my work this was my first time at this location was a bit nervous pulling in because the line was wrapped around the parking lot and even into the street! This girl out there taking orders comes up to my car hyping me up talking about go ahead keep up with the line while she’s running beside my car taking my order, get to the window one girl is mentioning the app to me like it’s the fine print on an infomercial and then another girl comes from far left and fricken touchdowns my drink and sand which threw my window like she just won the Super Bowl I have never in my life seen this kinda service! I need a fricken nap I’m outta breath y’all are crazy ??“
“Conveniently located in the downtown Council Bluffs area on Broadway, this woman owned business is just celebrating its first anniversary. J's is located inside the Chamber of Commerce visitor center offering tea and slushies in addition to some cool looking gourmet donuts. This location opens early and closes mid-afternoon. Hours vary so check out their web for daily operating times. Metered street parking and dedicated parking behind the building is available but can be a little tight. This is an order at the counter and take it to your table casual environment. The ladies at the counter were super friendly and walked us through the variety of options on their menu. The service was quick and cost is reasonable. The seating area offers many tables, reading materials on local color, board games, and just a really nice place to hang out and meet with others. Recommend that you stop in and get your caffeine fix at J's. A really nice place, with really nice service, and high octane beverages!“

“My daughter introduced me to this place. I know I can go in and there isn't anything she isn't going to like. So far, there's nothing I don't like. Specials are amazing and flavors are tops. I don't have to even grab a redbull through the day. Enjoy the setting as well. Very quiet but inviting. The owners are just amazing. I love how they absolutely enjoy engaging their customers.“
“A nice little nonprofit coffee shop supporting people in the community with disabilities. Located right on the river, next to the bike path at the base of the Bob Kerry pedestrian bridge (east side!). Free parking if you're not on foot or bike - the location doesn't get any better. Outdoor seating to enjoy during nice weather with wonderful views of the river and downtown Omaha skyline. Really nice clean vibe with modern finishes. Limited menu with snacks, sandwiches, coffee, beer, and some drinks. A great place for happy hour, but closes by 6 PM so stop by for a drink early and check the place out.“
“I visit this store, just about everyday! I order on my phone while I drive & then pick it up real quick before work! My drink is usually done when I get there but some times I have to wait a second, which is fine! They get pretty busy around the time I go (7:30-7:45am). I just hate that I am hardly ever greeted nicely (always greeted by one girl - don’t know her name - short hair) but it’s just very distasteful when I am literally there just about everyday & I don’t get some of the greetings that some people do who sit there in the store... I only know this bc I’ve seen them say hi to all the people who sit in the store while they chat with someone or drink their coffee.. just wish people had more people skills & remembered faces! I always love my drink, on point!“
“Very busy drive thru, I was the only one inside and the employees still took care of me as urgently as the rest. Tyson was nice, smiled and even took time to right a cool “you rock” on my lid. Super clean bathroom and positive vibes. Good stop while driving through to CO“
