“Stumbled across a post of theirs a few weeks back highlighting their pumpkin affogato. Have been back multiple times and has been fantastic every time. The iced coffees have all been great, the kids love the custard and the affogato is incredibly delicious. Just this week the wife and I shared the pumpkin pie sundae and it is what my dreams are made of. This has definitely become a weekly stop.“

“I went in last week with my 2 year old son. We had had a crazy morning and he was still hungry and asking for something to eat. The kind gals working just gave him some donut holes for free while I was ordering my drink. They were super friendly and nice!“

“I had the Gratitude coffee, a gingerbread flavored craft coffee. It is honestly one of the best coffees I have ever had and I frequent scooters and Starbucks and have no hesitation saying that. “We were passing through and needed a coffee. What a great choice!! The gentleman at the register helped guide us to a great drink, the cinnamon dulce. The coffee was not over shadowed by the syrup and milk. Just perfect! We look forward to stopping again when we pass back through. Can’t wait to see what we can try next.“

“Went in & got an iced stardust smore coffee & an iced white chocolate latte. Both were extremely good (smore was a little more bitter than I would like but I am a sweeter coffee person so personal preference). Cashier was efficient & lovely, and the atmosphere was very cozy“

“They were out of the prickly pear drink that I normally order so I tried the raspberry it was pretty strong I'm not sure if the mixture was exactly right to recipe I had had it once before however when they finally did come to the window they did bring a straw and then they headed out the drink and don't really expect much more than these days. “Would be a 5 stars if they had donuts actually stocked. My family and I used to fancy this place often. The last three times we have went, they were practically out of everything. I understand that's the point! You want to sell out, but at 9:45 in the morning I should have more of a choice than 3 different flavors. I honestly don't know if we will be back because of this. We drive 25 minutes to come here and it's just been a let down lately. Never the less the donuts are fabulous, don't ever change the recipe! I just can't keep driving and having my family be let down with the little bit of choice.“

We were confused by the new floated dirty sodas. The app said it as a vanilla cream float and that sounded good!! I ordered on the app and when I picked it up, it looked creamy so I asked what the vanilla cream was and the woman told me it was just ice blended in. That confused me because it looked and tasted creamy!
The second time, when I picked one up, it didn’t look creamy at all. I asked the woman about it and she also said it doesn’t have anything creamy added in. Only blended ice. But it definitely looked different from the first! And this one didn’t have a creamy taste.
I’m pretty sure the floated dirty sodas should have a vanilla cream added in? But they told me no.“

“Clean and spacious, shorter hours than normal for grabbing a coffee - but the space is open even after they aren’t serving. It’s a nice spot if you need to do some work out west and need a break from the generic Starbucks/Scooters crammed spaces.“

“The staff at Stories Coffee Gretna are so friendly and helpful. I made the mistake of ordering to the wrong location and they were immediately forgiving, extremely helpful, and very kind about it despite it totally being my fault. “I have been to this Starbucks several times, and only had one bad experience with service. I was told I couldn't use my rewards points because she had already started the transaction (not sure why she couldn't restart it), and then she gave me a cake pop... Instead of an entire sandwich. If it was another entree I could have just eaten it for that day but it was a cake pop. I had to go back through the drive through. 4 stars though bc all of the other experiences have been good“

“Great mix of coffee shop (Starbucks coffee), snack and grab-n-go meals (sandwiches and salads) and convenience store. Even the hotel has free coffee I always end up getting a mocha or cappuccino here.I like that you can simply bill your purchases on your room bill. Convenient.“

“A very typical Starbucks coffee shop that you find everywhere around every street corner. Just a friendly, the line was short, and the coffee was correctly made. There was not a whole lot to be talked about for a typical Starbucks coffee as we all know the taste and quality of the Brew. So I suppose they only thing to say is about their staff.The experience was good at this location. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. Keep up the good work.“
“01/29/2022 I picked up a coffee for a friend at Scooters at 156th and Maple. I asked the clerk if they could make a white mocha latte that tastes like Starbucks. I was told that they could. I am a Scooters fan so I felt I was making a good decision. I paid extra tip for their trouble. I got to my friends house and gave them the latte. They said it tasted like dirty water. I tasted it myself and I too would describe the taste as dirty water. I feel like such a fool. I apologized to my friend for the latte. We both speculated what was actually in the cup.. I was charged for something that wasn't drinkable. I won't make that mistake again. It's Starbucks next time.“

I think it's old school that they can't meet this requirement=everyone else seems to be able to look up your information, but they can't ??? Sad to me. I had a gift card with me that had no balance, but they said could not look it up that way either. New Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte was very good !!!“
