“First time stopping by while I was in the area back in September. Cute shop! I'm not a tea person, but I enjoyed the tea here! Lots of options for teas and protein shakes! I love the messages on the drinks - such a cool idea! It was a beautiful day - we sat on the patio for awhile with our teas. Nice place to stop by if you're in the area!“

“I visit this Scooters location frequently and my experience is always great. The main reason for this is the staff. I was there recently and the wait was a bit longer than usual. Having worked in food service for many years I know how stressful this can be for employees. That said, I was not surprised the entire staff and my favorite barista, Katie handling the difficult situation with grace and a smile. I will be a long-time regular of this Scooters for this reason.“

“Showed up with my family on the second day of opening. We got there late and enjoyed the brand new smell of the store.

The staff were very polite, there were employees from other stores helping out and this has been one of most enjoyable experiences.

The employee was very nice to my daughters, we have never been given animal sticker pages. They were having a blast and showed the employees their cheeky creations!

“They’re consistently fast and friendly at this location. They do the cinnamon rolls right - lots of cinnamon, not overly sweet, and not ridiculously large. For those watching their sugar and carbs, the tomato feta omelet egg bites are very tasty. A small coffee only costs $1.“

“I love Zen coffee, I go to the one by Trader Joe’s I just wish they didn’t charge for me to blend my coffee and for whip too. I spend so much on coffee lol every little bit helps even if it’s only a Dollar. I know other popular coffee shops that don’t charge extra. Just my opinion. i’d probably come everyday if they didn’t charge extra and my husband definitely won’t pay the extra so he goes to another place .“

“I love Reis' Bakery! I am a foodie and I have not had anything I did not like. Everything is made fresh daily. They use the best ingredients too. My favorites include, the pretzel bread (I forget the name, but I love it), bacon cheddar loaf, the croissant sandwich, cherry cheese baskets and cruffins! The family is so super nice. I hope they stay around for a long time!“

“The coffee was delicious! I liked the fall seasonal menu and they offer snacks to purchase for kids. The service was kind, welcoming, and friendly - only 1 worker and it was pretty busy. Atmosphere is nice- perfect spot for mothers to meet up to chat & relax while the kids play. My 3 year old absolutely loved the outdoor playground. We will be back!“

“There was no line at Drive thru. We ordered reg coffee & iced mocha. At the window, I asked for cream & sugar, they had added it to my coffee cup & didn't ask how much....I had to adjust it when I got home. Coffee is a good flavor, but I would like to add my extras to adjust the way I like it. Mocha chocolate syrup is not the best quality flavor. Asked about their sign for veg-edibles, and she didn't know much about them. Another gal chimed in on a little bit of info, but they only had a cookie available. Will have to try it next time with a good coffee ☕️ ?“

“I LOVE this Starbucks! This location happens to be the closest to where I live, but I will generally go out of my way to visit this store even if I'm on a different side of town. Whoever is managing this team is doing an excellent job. I mostly use the drive-thru, but inside is wonderful and has a great look and feel. It's a really nice spot to relax in the afternoon. The biggest reason I'm writing a review is because the baristas here are fire!!! They all talk to me like we're old friends, and they are super helpful, fun, and always remind me of any deals going on/if I've got enough stars for a free item! Special shout outs to Jae, Alexis, and Kiwi. Jae brightens my day every time we see each other - what a sweetheart and such great energy <3. Alexis is so helpful and is always smiling :). Kiwi is hilarious and never fails to make me laugh!!!

“They were out of the prickly pear drink that I normally order so I tried the raspberry it was pretty strong I'm not sure if the mixture was exactly right to recipe I had had it once before however when they finally did come to the window they did bring a straw and then they headed out the drink and don't really expect much more than these days. “This is the absolute BEST Starbucks I've been to. Everybody here is so warm and welcoming, the food and drinks are absolute perfection. My good friend Pam from NASA was in town and is rarely impressed with any kind of establishment because "NASA just does it better"....but upon her first sip of her Gingerbread latte (hot of course), her ice cold bougie heart melted. She even had so many things to say about the manager, Derek, who made sure she felt welcome. Can we just take a minute and appreciate and admire that handsome fella Derek for a moment?! Best ever!“

“I love the atmosphere of the Gretna Stories location. Their fall latte is ny favorite drink. I've had the pretzel before and it's delicious. Their french toast kids meal is perfect for my 5 year old and served with fairlife chocolate milk too!

The last two times I went though, the baked goods were very disappointing. A blueberry muffin had a few blueberries and just not much flavor. The apple cinnamon scone today was hard to even bite into. The date on the container was from 2 days ago. I wouldn't have spent money on it if I knew it wasn't fresh.“

“A very typical Starbucks coffee shop that you find everywhere around every street corner. Just a friendly, the line was short, and the coffee was correctly made. There was not a whole lot to be talked about for a typical Starbucks coffee as we all know the taste and quality of the Brew. So I suppose they only thing to say is about their staff.The experience was good at this location. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. Keep up the good work.“

“This is a really nice, big Scooter's location. They have a huge indoor seating area that also has an office/meeting room with a door that you can use. There is a nice small patio area out back, so that keeps the traffic noise from 120th & Blondo away from you as you enjoy your caffeine.Everyone working there was super nice, that includes the person that took my order as well as the barista that made our order. Everything was made correctly and we enjoyed our drinks in the confusion indoor seats.“

“My granddaughter wanted her strawberry banana smoothie. I didn't realize the time. They had just closed.. but the employee there offered to make the drink for her. That is why I've always loved my Scooters. Employees go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you.

“Update: I originally came through and gave a very poor review. However, communication with Scooter's staff was excellent. They replied to my concerns including training staff regarding the warmer trays. This excellent communication gave me reason to return to their establishment. On our return, Stephanie was very, very courteous and apologetic. This time my wife and I enjoyed our drinks. Thus, I am revising my review from a 1-star to a 5-star. I appreciate the communication and the feedback.

Original review: Ordered a large latte and large breve today then hopped back on I80. I was given a large coffee that was very bitter and my wife basically had a coffee and cream. Not to mention we observed the staff putting sandwiches in the warmer on trays that were very dirty with baked cheese, etc. Super glad I didn’t order anything to eat.“

“This location has so many beautiful things to look at. Tous Les Jours is my new favorite place to go. Everything is so delicious and the interior looks so good. I definitely recommend you to try it out. Not great service though. Personally for me service makes a huge difference in business. I would rather go to the Tous les jours on dodge because they have great staff over there.“
