“I had a wonderful experience at Cheri O’s! It’s about 1/2 way between Omaha and Lincoln - a great place to meet. Jenna waited on us, she was very personable and greeted us with a smile😁. She went above and beyond; I lost my glove and thought I may have dropped it there. Jenna went outside and found it where I parked! I highly recommend Cheri O’s for the wonderful service and delicious homemade food❣️“

The espresso machine was broken but honestly the gal working (I can only assume was the manager- Palencia?) was incredible she wasn’t panicked and helped everyone working behind the counter. She was so kind and communicative with everyone in line as well! Our coffee was great but she is the reason we will be back! Gold star for service!!“

The staff is friendly and professional.
The food is fresh and they'll warm it up for you if you want.
Some customers have gotten impatient in line, but I've never been inside longer than 10 minutes.“

“This is definitely my favorite Scooters location! I have been to quite a few in the Omaha/Millard area but this one impresses me most! I order from here about 3 or 4 times a week because I work at the mall. Melanie is so friendly and always greets me with a smile and does so well at remembering people's names! Everyone that works there is very nice. It's clean and the drinks are consistent and delicious! They always help me to pick out what I might want that day by offering suggestions that I appreciate so much!“

The lady behind the counter was talking to an employee and when she saw me, she immediately switched attention to me, greeted me pleasantly and asked if I needed anything; such positive customer service! The food was also hot and well prepared not just stuffed in the container. The best fast food experience I have had in a long time!“
