“I love the atmosphere of the Gretna Stories location. Their fall latte is ny favorite drink. I've had the pretzel before and it's delicious. Their french toast kids meal is perfect for my 5 year old and served with fairlife chocolate milk too!

The last two times I went though, the baked goods were very disappointing. A blueberry muffin had a few blueberries and just not much flavor. The apple cinnamon scone today was hard to even bite into. The date on the container was from 2 days ago. I wouldn't have spent money on it if I knew it wasn't fresh.“

“This is definitely my favorite Scooters location! I have been to quite a few in the Omaha/Millard area but this one impresses me most! I order from here about 3 or 4 times a week because I work at the mall. Melanie is so friendly and always greets me with a smile and does so well at remembering people's names! Everyone that works there is very nice. It's clean and the drinks are consistent and delicious! They always help me to pick out what I might want that day by offering suggestions that I appreciate so much!“

“My husband stops in here quite frequently to pick up Cinnabon on the way home from work and we just love them! They are so tasty and yummy. It's definitely better to buy them in a multi pack as they are cheaper the more you purchase. They are inside of the gas station instead of a stand alone building.“

“So, I had to travel for a horrible company I worked for. I was so stressed out and locked my keys in the car at the gas station across the parkinglot. I went inside and they couldn't help (nor offer anything to help me). Same for the crappy motel there. I went in McDonald's and sat down, stressed and defeated but someone asked of I was ok. I said, yes...then no. Then explained. They had a maintenance mam from McDonald's (or the franchise) and he told me..."when im done, ill help you out." Between thr manager and that guy, restored my faith in humanity as it was freezing out, I needed gas AND I was now late to the job (that I took this as my final que to quit). He helped, didn't judge me. He was so patient in giving me instructions to assist him assisting me. Ill never forget this experience.

“There was no line at Drive thru. We ordered reg coffee & iced mocha. At the window, I asked for cream & sugar, they had added it to my coffee cup & didn't ask how much....I had to adjust it when I got home. Coffee is a good flavor, but I would like to add my extras to adjust the way I like it. Mocha chocolate syrup is not the best quality flavor. Asked about their sign for veg-edibles, and she didn't know much about them. Another gal chimed in on a little bit of info, but they only had a cookie available. Will have to try it next time with a good coffee ☕️ ?“

“I LOVE this Starbucks! This location happens to be the closest to where I live, but I will generally go out of my way to visit this store even if I'm on a different side of town. Whoever is managing this team is doing an excellent job. I mostly use the drive-thru, but inside is wonderful and has a great look and feel. It's a really nice spot to relax in the afternoon. The biggest reason I'm writing a review is because the baristas here are fire!!! They all talk to me like we're old friends, and they are super helpful, fun, and always remind me of any deals going on/if I've got enough stars for a free item! Special shout outs to Jae, Alexis, and Kiwi. Jae brightens my day every time we see each other - what a sweetheart and such great energy <3. Alexis is so helpful and is always smiling :). Kiwi is hilarious and never fails to make me laugh!!!

“This is my favorite place to get an early morning drink. My favorite is a Blueberry Red Bull Matador and another good non-coffee drink is the Root Beer Chai. They have great black coffee as well and a seasonal menu that my wife likes to try new drinks off of. They have good breakfast burritos and muffins.“

“I visit this Scooters location frequently and my experience is always great. The main reason for this is the staff. I was there recently and the wait was a bit longer than usual. Having worked in food service for many years I know how stressful this can be for employees. That said, I was not surprised the entire staff and my favorite barista, Katie handling the difficult situation with grace and a smile. I will be a long-time regular of this Scooters for this reason.“

“A very typical Starbucks coffee shop that you find everywhere around every street corner. Just a friendly, the line was short, and the coffee was correctly made. There was not a whole lot to be talked about for a typical Starbucks coffee as we all know the taste and quality of the Brew. “I have been to this Starbucks several times, and only had one bad experience with service. I was told I couldn't use my rewards points because she had already started the transaction (not sure why she couldn't restart it), and then she gave me a cake pop... Instead of an entire sandwich. If it was another entree I could have just eaten it for that day but it was a cake pop. I had to go back through the drive through. 4 stars though bc all of the other experiences have been good“

“My granddaughter wanted her strawberry banana smoothie. I didn't realize the time. They had just closed.. but the employee there offered to make the drink for her. That is why I've always loved my Scooters. Employees go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you.

“This is my favorite Starbucks location because this is the only one that delivers consistent coffee. Other locations are a hit and miss on how they craft your drink. That is why, I try to get my coffee here when I can. They even remember their regular customer's names so plus one for customer service.“

“Showed up with my family on the second day of opening. We got there late and enjoyed the brand new smell of the store.

The staff were very polite, there were employees from other stores helping out and this has been one of most enjoyable experiences.

The employee was very nice to my daughters, we have never been given animal sticker pages. They were having a blast and showed the employees their cheeky creations!
