The espresso machine was broken but honestly the gal working (I can only assume was the manager- Palencia?) was incredible she wasn’t panicked and helped everyone working behind the counter. I order from here about 3 or 4 times a week because I work at the mall. Melanie is so friendly and always greets me with a smile and does so well at remembering people's names! Everyone that works there is very nice. It's clean and the drinks are consistent and delicious! They always help me to pick out what I might want that day by offering suggestions that I appreciate so much!“
