“Living in Papillion for over 4 years, we have driven past the Beanery multiples times, finally stopping in one day and let me tell you! It is so good, much better than Starbucks or Scooters and cheaper too! It is now our go-to spot when getting coffee ❤️“

“This place is a GEM!!! It’s beautifully decorated and super cozy inside. Their chocolates are also AMAZING— I picked up a valentine’s box and there wasn’t a single flavor I didn’t love. Plus, they have coffee and espresso drinks too! I’ve lived in Bellevue my whole life and I’m bummed I didn’t try this place sooner. This will be my new go-to :)“

“Love the team at this location! Particularly this weekend, the team on Sunday was so friendly. We had a nice conversation and they made me feel heard. Hats off to them!!! They are an example that all Starbucks locations should follow. Also, love the new look (they are completely new and re-designed).“
“Overall, a good Starbucks. I tend to come early in the afternoon. There's rarely anyone else in line. The employee working is usually quick and friendly.Unfortunately, last time I was in here it seems they had left a new hire alone at the Starbucks counter. It was a mixture of annoyance and sympathy. Annoyance that she didn't know how to correctly make everything or how to use a Starbucks app/card for payment. Sympathy because that's a horrible thing to do to a new hire. Get your sh_t together, Family Fare. I won't ding their rating for it as it was just a one time occurrence.“

“Today was my first time. I usually get mine at the Asian market. I wasn’t impressed. The person before me asked for her money back after drinking her tea and the girl was so stressed after. One of my teas wasn’t right either. I def would have had her make it over but the line was so long already. One person is not enough for that location. I really think that more training is needed for the teas. Sadly I prob won’t be back.“

“Noah and his team were exceptional!
I had a delay at the tire shop next door - came over to enjoy a chocolate milk and some refreshment.
Not only were they attentive to my needs, but they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
The place was clean and the chairs & atmosphere were inviting.
But with most things - it's the people... They didn't make me feel like I had to leave - but when my ride showed up they locked the door behind me.
Truly compassionate on someone who could have been having a bad day. They made it all better!
