“The quality of the wings has diminished. Normally we can get a 6 piece and be full after a few but tonight we paid the same price and got really tiny wings. It was very disappointing. Next time warn the public if you’re cutting costs. The wings are a huge selling point.“

“Being an out-of-towner, this is by far the worst scooters I’ve ever been to. We had a car of 4 people so our order was relatively large. We needed 3 sandwiches- 2 ham and cheddars and 1 maple waffle sandwich, in addition to 2 other drinks. The gentleman working was extremely uneducated about the sandwiches, and I think he was confused about what we needed. He said the ham and cheddar does not come with egg. He said the egg and cheddar comes with egg, but not ham. I wish he would have read the order back to us because it would have alleviated most of our issues. He ended up charging us for 2 sandwiches- 1 ham and cheddar and 1 egg and cheddar, which is not what we wanted. We ended up just taking them because of the other issues too. When we asked for the maple waffle sandwich, a female stepped in and started arguing with us about whether or not we paid for the 3rd sandwich. We thought we had paid for it because we originally ordered all 3, however the male employee must have only charged us for 2. We did pay again for the 3rd sandwich. On top of all of this, one of the drinks should have been free because it’s my birthday. I believe the male scanned my app QR code, but only added points to my account rather than giving me the free drink too. I firmly believe additional training is needed at this location. Thanks.“
