“We came here Christmas Eve with our family and ordered all you can eat Sushi for 5. Let me tell you, our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs but everything we had was outstanding from many selections on the menu. Edward, our server, was incredibly attentive and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and food and plan to make this a regular dining experience. Wonderful atmosphere, outstanding food and excellent service. Highly recommend checking out this little gem of a restaurant in Bellevue!”

“Almost 2 hours for delivery of 2.1 miles. Apparently my order was taken and not delivered by the original Door Dash “Dasher.”

Jade Palace took NO responsibility for the theft and non-delivery. Referred me to Door Dash for resolution. Automated chat finally referred to to a human chat whose only response was just wait on a NEW delivery. Finally arrived (COLD) and leaking. Dasher had no control and just left. No recompense, excuse or apology.

Would NOT accept delivery from Door Dash again, especially from the Jade Palace.”

“One of those bars where everybody knows your name but if they don't they still welcome you as if they did know your name. That's not always said about non-corporate bars like this. It is cash only which I respect there is an ATM there if you only have your debit card on you. Drinks seem to be perfectly poured every time and the bartender is always attentive. There is also entertainment as far as gaming and other activities. It's nice just to go in there and have a drink or two they also have Keno... So I highly recommend if you just want a good drink with good service in a chill environment”

“I stopped by IHOP on International Pancake Day and had a really good experience overall. I ordered the veggie omelette, and it was excellent—fresh, flavourful, and cooked just right. The mushrooms were too notch.

Since it was the pancake day, I also had a short stack of pancakes. They were just a touch dry, but still tasty and enjoyable.

The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, especially considering how busy it was with people coming in for their free pancakes. The bathrooms could have used a little extra attention, but nothing major.

Our waiter, Fernando, really stood out. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything I ordered came out right.

Even though the wait for food was a bit longer than usual due to the crowd, the service stayed positive and professional.

However. Tonight I decided to give it another chance because my kids really wanted Wendy’s, I sent my husband to pick up our order.

Things were missing or messed up but the manager was absolutely amazing when my husband went back about the missing or messed up items!!! Fixed the problem immediately, and communicated efficiently. Let him keep the messed up drinks and remade the correct ones. I would say this was the best customer service from this location yet! Usually we don’t make a fuss about it, but I told my husband to at least make sure we have everything in the bags, he went back. Thank you so much Mr.Manager sir. We’ll be back!”
