“I recently visited Kaiyo Sushi in Bellevue, and while the food was quite enjoyable, the overall experience was a bit lacking. We ordered Miso soup, which took nearly 15 minutes to arrive, and our main dishes were served almost immediately afterward. The sushi and other dishes were well-prepared and delicious, but the service was less impressive. Our server seemed unfamiliar with parts of the menu, which led to some confusion, and our water glasses were never refilled during the meal. That being said, the ambiance is lovely, and with a few service improvements, this could easily become a favorite spot for sushi lovers. I'd recommend giving it a try if you're patient with service. Four stars for the food and atmosphere!”

“I have lived in Bellevue all of my life and for some reason I got stuck on Imperial Palace which is great and Jade Palace which is pretty good also. Yesterday after reading all of the great reviews on Facebook I pulled into Hans parking lot to look at their menu before I went in and ordered. Before I could decide what I wanted a very nice gentleman came out to my car, asked if I would like to order and what my favorite thing to order might be. I've been addicted to imperial Palace since I was 14 or 15 years old and the only thing I ever get from there is hot braised chicken with rice which I've never been unhappy with just wanted to try something new. (Also love Happy Buddha.) He asked me how hot I would like it, what vegetables I liked or didn't like and after I ordered brought me a 20 oz Sprite on the house to keep me company while they made my order which came out very quickly. It was done exactly to my specification and with all white meat. It came with extra sauce and another extra cup of something if I wanted it hotter. Best 14 something dollars I've ever spent. I'm hooked I recommend them so highly. If you haven't tried them please go tonight and give them a shot they are absolutely wonderful. The customer service was above and beyond. I cannot tell you how yummy their food was. Absolutely great quality. I'm not sure I will go anywhere else for Chinese in the future although I'm not speaking bad of any of the other Chinese places in Bellevue that I also like it's just that the quality of their food, how they specialized it for me and their customer service was something that's so hard to find these days.”

The lady that helped me was absolutely AMAZING (sorry I didn’t catch your name)! She confirmed with kitchen staff that they could have it ready by 11:15am and I tell you they had it ready to go and perfect!!! “We have been going here for years since we found out about. I was stationed in Korea twice and fell in love with the food. I was even fortunate enough that my wife enjoys it as well. We usually order the HOT Pork Bulgogi, kimbab, and yakimandu. They make your meal after you order, and the people are great. Small restaurant which we also like. If you like Korean food this is the place to go.”

“Even though, on our first trip there, they accidentally charged an extra $260 to our credit card (on top of our actual bill), because I caught it that same night on our banking app... they were able to make it right. Somebody got a nice sized free meal though... There was no way they could go figure out who walked out without paying. Staff is lovely. The food is amazing and there's lots of fun things to keep you entertained while you have that very short wait for your meal. Everything is nice and clean and there's plenty of parking. This has become our go-to place as we have a permanent campsite just a few miles away now.”

“My girlfriend is vegetarian and when I asked if they had vegetarian runzas the girl manager said that all vegetarians are are going to hell and I was too fat to be eating at runza anyway. I would not go back.

I called to see if they would replace the breadsticks and pizza I was told the policy is a future coupon. save your money and go somewhere else!!!”

Curtis was so kind and generous and even had our timid 18 month old girl smiling and talking to him. Curtis brought my family each a complimentary warm chocolate chip cookie to finish off our meal, not knowing we were out celebrating my birthday. THANK YOU, for a wonderful experience. “The line for the drive-thru is always wrapped around the building at this location. They only have one type of meal in maybe 5 variations (chicken tenders, fries, and bread), so I dont understand why it takes so long to get through the drive-thru when they're busy. Seems to me that there needs to be a better system in place to more efficently cook the food when you're busy to lessen wait times. They still have great food that's worth the wait, but it'd be nice not to have to wait quite so long.”

Later that night I went for $103 meal which was a four course meal, and honestly I preferred this $9 meal. That's why I figured I'd give it a five-star rating because this is great comfort food for a fantastic price

The inside isn't the most welcoming a place, so the atmosphere is a bit low on the rating. But if you're craving this kind of Mexican food, this is a great place to go.”

“This place is just another part of my daily routine! I started going here a couple of years ago and there are so many reasons I keep coming back. First and foremost, the staff are incredible. They’ve gotten to know me personally and are always keeping up on the details of me and my childrens’ lives. They are never hesitant to answer any questions or explain the ingredients on their products as well. Secondly, the management runs this place in the most respectable manner. You can tell their staff are eager to work, always coming up with ideas, and all work really well together as a team. They must be treated well to truly enjoy their jobs! Thirdly, the place is in immaculate condition, prices are completely reasonable and their activity on social media promoting their products and changes in hours really make it an easy place to enter and come back to. I tell everyone about this place and although it’s just a “drink place” it’s a place I love and enjoy deeply!”

“We went as a group after watching Deadpool 3. My boyfriend and our friends were celebrating a very early birthday. The service was kind to seat the 5 of us quickly. The service was flawless, and the food was fresh and hot, besides the rice and beans not being seasoned the seafood enchiladas were delicious. I can't wait to go back here again and try other dishes off their menu. Oh, and their drinks were very good too, not too overwhelming with alcohol, the bartender had a good balance.”
