Burger King in Bellevue

“Antonio the manager is very assertive, outgoing, and professional. He asked me if I was OK, and if I needed anything. I am very glad he allowed me to sit inside to do my computer work in the front lobby. He even offered me a fresh cold water. Definitely recomment everyone to come here to dine and get good prompt service.“

“The girl at the second window gave me the food but not the drink. I tried to get her attention and she kept walking away. At one point she saw me and rolled her eyes and continued to ignore me.I was able to get the attention of the lady at the counter and she told the first girl to go see what I wanted. I told her I was missing my drink. She got a nasty attitude and then lied to her boss telling her I was cussing her out. I told the boss I didn't curse her out, I just wanted my drink and the special cup I paid for The boss told her to get my drink it was up there. I understand the public can be a pain the the neck but lying about a customer tells me a lot about her. She hates her job and should not work there. I have worked in fast food places. I know how not to treat people. At any rate I will drive out of my way to a different BK just not to have to deal with her again. I guess asking for what I paid for made me rude. I wasn’t. Lying about being cursed out just makes her a a very ugly personality. She lies about little things, she’ll lie about big things too. The food was good though.“

“A few months ago I had a negative experience with this location and posted a 1 star review due to the rudeness of the staff. I work close by to this location and have gone back a few times, and I have to say the staff the last several visits have all been extremely polite and friendly. The food has always been consistent, but the staff interactions I've had made me change my mind on my ranking. Great job!“
