“Went for lunch with my husband and two kids and had the best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. Curtis was so kind and generous and even had our timid 18 month old girl smiling and talking to him. Curtis brought my family each a complimentary warm chocolate chip cookie to finish off our meal, not knowing we were out celebrating my birthday. THANK YOU, for a wonderful experience. “As soon as I stepped into the building I got greeted with hospitality. The young man that took my order did it swiftly and also answered all the questions I had. The food was nice and fresh, just overall and great experience at this location. I will definitely bring the family here again!“

“My husband is a native and Runza is a must stop on every visit. Today we enjoyed trying the mushroom and Swiss and cheeseburger runzas and, of course, have our take home bag full of his favorites , the original Runza. Service was top notch. Atmosphere was nice and comfortable. It seems apparent a lot of pride has gone into curating a product made to outlast fads and people to be certain that mission survives.“

I hage never had a company go this far to make up for a mistake. well done. my husband picked up a family meal today. the pizza was missing and the breadstivks were literally so smashed they were flat. I called to see if they would replace the breadsticks and pizza I was told the policy is a future coupon. save your money and go somewhere else!!!“

“Our family just went through the drive-thru and got our usuals. As always, the service was awesome, however, my cookie dough blizzard tasted different. Definitely a change in the cookie dough from before. Not only was it tasteless, but no chocolate chips. Did something change?“

“Props to the young man serving me today he was putting on a work show for people today they were busy it was rush hour she was operating the drive-thru window like a surgeon as I approached he called out for the ranch they responded quickly he then called out for the ice cream cone and no time at all I was good to go these guys were killing it today I did spill the ranch on lap while giving this review but it was still worth it“

“First off, I’m not one to leave reviews very often at all though you have to give credit where credit is due! Tonight was the first time my wife & I have ever had Arby’s & it was GREAT! The food being great was only a bonus.
Huge shoutout to Mark at this location; he was our drive-thru cashier & was welcoming, professional & kind. It may be overzealous to say this toward someone from only a few moments of interaction, though his effort & work ethic shined through to us both. Mark is a rockstar & we hope he gets the kudos he deserves.“

“My first time at this location. I wasn't aware of it until recently. I used to drive thru on my way to work. The person taking orders was friendly and polite. Was able to address my questions about new to me items. But my craving was for the 6 pack and a pound. At the window he was friendly and quick with getting my order. The good was good. It would have great but I took it to work and had to rewarm it. So that's on me. I'll definitely visit again.“
