“The customer service was great! I went through the drive through so just 5 stars on atmosphere because I did not go inside. 4 stars for the food. I got two chicken tenders meals and the chicken was not fresh, still edible so I didnt take it back or complain. Fries were fresh though!“

“Edit June 9: this location went above and beyond sending out multiple coupons for free meals as well as adding a $10 reward to my Fazolis account!! I hage never had a company go this far to make up for a mistake. well done. my husband picked up a family meal today. the pizza was missing and the breadstivks were literally so smashed they were flat. I called to see if they would replace the breadsticks and pizza I was told the policy is a future coupon. save your money and go somewhere else!!!“

“Our family just went through the drive-thru and got our usuals. As always, the service was awesome, however, my cookie dough blizzard tasted different. Definitely a change in the cookie dough from before. Not only was it tasteless, but no chocolate chips. Did something change?“

Huge shoutout to Mark at this location; he was our drive-thru cashier & was welcoming, professional & kind. It may be overzealous to say this toward someone from only a few moments of interaction, though his effort & work ethic shined through to us both. “My first time at this location. I wasn't aware of it until recently. I used to drive thru on my way to work. The person taking orders was friendly and polite. Was able to address my questions about new to me items. But my craving was for the 6 pack and a pound. At the window he was friendly and quick with getting my order. The good was good. It would have great but I took it to work and had to rewarm it. So that's on me. I'll definitely visit again.“

“Visited our local Jersey Mike’s at 10110 South 5th Street, Bellevue, NE, to pick up our complimentary sandwich, it was a replacement one from a prior visit. This sandwich was what we usually get from this location! Fresh bread and good meat portions! As usual the staff was friendly and professional! A big Thank You to the Store and District Manager for making it right!“
