I hage never had a company go this far to make up for a mistake. well done. my husband picked up a family meal today. the pizza was missing and the breadstivks were literally so smashed they were flat. I called to see if they would replace the breadsticks and pizza I was told the policy is a future coupon. save your money and go somewhere else!!!“

“we love the food. however, tonight we were a bit disappointed when they would not honor or Pinpoint rewards for a free app and also didnt even give us points for our meal. The sign on front door says wings are no longer "on Special ", but doesn't explain anything about Pinpoint. plus, we should've at least got point credits.“

“Recently the food quality and workers have been better in years past. One of the more fresh tasting pizza places around and the workers latly have been great, hard working individuals who do not blame or take out on the customer for any problem that may be arising due to shortness of staff or bad hours. Like I remember workers doing, they pull their boot straps up like adults and do their job better than expected.“

As an avid pizza lover, for I make my own homemade pizza from scratch, I am absolutely in love with their pizza. The crust, for some, might be a little on the thicker side when ordering the original crust; however, that is common for an original crust and compared to mine it was great/perfect for the items on my pizza. “I had an issue with a previous order and the order could not be found due given to the wrong number being provided. After finally locating my previous order the manager Kaleb went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it right. He maintained courtesy, professionalism, and kindness throughout the entire ordeal.

He personally made our order which was VERY exceptional hot, fresh, and made with love and care. I can tell Kaleb loves what he does and he is good at doing it.

I debated on if I wanted to return to this location with the frustration of my order not being found. (Partly my fault). But Kaleb has insured we will return again and again. Thank you for your amazing customer service Kaleb.“
