“We were looking for a place to have lunch not too far from the Omaha airport on the way back from Lincoln. I googled it and after looking at the recommendations and their menus, we selected this. It is an adorable restaurant. We ordered wine and their wood fired pizzas. It was delicious. I am a pizza fan, but I normally do not eat the crust. The crust was delicious and we both finished the entire pizza. Our server was awesome. If we lived near by we would definitely go back. We both highly recommend it.“

“On 8/29, we decided to try the Pizza Pie Guys. I ordered over the phone and went to pick it up. The woman who handed me our order was super nice & very friendly. Got home and we took our first bite together. My mom had the Mac & Beer Cheese Pizza, my husband had the Italian Danwich and I had the Pancetta White Pizza. No joke, we all moaned at our first bites. “I was host for a meeting for my women's group and set up to have meeting at PizzaWest Maple St. The day of the meeting, I had a family issue arise. I stopped at PizzaWest before rushing off to help family - just to make sure everything was still set for the meeting and ordered a couple pizzas for the ladies since I was not sure I would be back. “This place, as always, was fantastic. I had never had Picklemans before moving here but it's become my favorite sandwich stop. I had placed a DoorDash order, on lunch as a driver myself, and DD sent my order to the wrong store, waiting precious time and potentially leaving me with no food and no break.

Worst part? I forgot my wallet, and had no way to pay at the store.

“We always enjoy a Papa's pizza. Have been getting pizza from here for years. Have noticed the last few times we visited the open sign was not on. With the tinted windows it appears closed. Tried the door and it was open and was able to order. Another couple came in after me and he also said the open sign was off and he thought they were closed.“

Given the delay, I would have appreciated a small gesture from the restaurant, such as removing the charge for one of the drinks or at least offering to do so. That would have gone a long way in demonstrating good customer service.
