“A journey brought me to Papillion, Nebraska – a town where the pace slows and local flavors shine. tucked among the neighborhood streets is a spot well worth the stop: Canigilia’s a Mano. This unassuming local eatery delivers the kind of comfort and quality that only comes from doing things right. I ordered the Sicilian chef salad, thin crust sausage and peppers pizza, and it arrived exactly the way it should: salad fresh and pleasing with perfect dressing, Pizza – crisp-edged, hot, with perfectly balanced layers of savory sausage, sweet peppers and enough char. There’s nothing flashy here – just hospitality done right, a warm welcome, and food that respects tradition. If you are any where near Papillion and craving something real, this is a table worth sitting at. As a side note – I also ordered the Sicilian sub, saving it for the next day’s lunch – and it didn’t disappoint. hearty, well layered, and full of bold flavor. It held up beautifully overnight.“

“Shoutout to the employee, David! I showed up to place an order yesterday (a Saturday) around 2:30 and David was very nice. Right when I showed up, it started getting busy with people coming in to pick up food and there were also several online pickup order receipts printing out. I could tell that he was a bit stressed (I work food service too, so I get it completely!) but it didn’t effect his order efficiency nor did it stop him from greeting everyone who came in politely. I still only waited a few minutes which was expected and he notified us of that before we placed an order. Another employee did come up to help, I didn’t get his name but together they were great at getting those pizzas made quickly! I appreciate you guys!“

“We ate here last Friday evening, and the food was so awesome! The best spin art dip I’ve ever had, and the pizza was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. The building and the vibe on the inside is pretty spectacular too. Also—don’t sleep on the milkshakes! Had the butterfinger shake and it was a wonderful ending to the meal.“

“While it is a pizza place it offers other Italian dishes and gelato. Order as you walk in and your food is cooked. Cane quick and lives up to its hype. Got a Detroit style (I’m from Detroit - it was worthy). Big place but fills up quick for dinner. Staff was super attentive and just genuine in their approach-made for a great meal and nice time out.“
