“I recently ordered a half & half pizza from Copps, half supreme and half Pork Master on THIN crust. I threw the pizza in the backseat and ran around town a bit. Got to the hotel room, crack open a couple of beers and then looked at the pizza. Somehow the order was entered as Hand Toss, but here is where good customer service comes in. The manager gave me credit for the pizza for the next time I go to Copps. Since I'm going to be here for only 5 days, I'm not sure if I'll ever use that credit. However, if I do go there again, I'll surely tip the credit to the manager. Thank you.“

“First time having tasty pizza last night. We’ve been trying different pizza places around Omaha and this one was a big hit with the family. “My wife and I were in Omaha for a visit last night, and Dante was close to our hotel. I am so glad we found the place. I had rigatoni, which was wonderful, and my wife had something called Lion's Mane, which she loved, too. The service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and I wish they would open a location in Kansas City. My only regret is that we are seldom in this area so we can't go back.“

“I finally went to Lyle's on Thursday after hearing nothing but great reviews. It was so good that I ordered to go on Sunday!! I'm always dubious about trying a new pizza place because I am celiac and most smaller local places don't have an alternative other than a cauliflower crust. So, I was unbelievably impressed with their non cauliflower gluten free crust......it is the BEST gluten free crust that I've ever had! Staff is great and super polite and efficient. “Parking: Plenty of parking, it's a little bit tricky to get into and out of the strip mall area where Mama's is. If you're going West on pacific, you have to go a block past it to get to the main strip mall entrance.. And what you think might be an entrance and exit to get back onto eastbound pacific, is only an entrance to get into where Mama's Pizza is. It's a little weird. Great food though“

“I had never been here and I was just passing through town with my family and we decided to stop here for lunch. It was amazing! The atmosphere was great and I loved the option of getting to pick your seat either outside or inside. The pizza was so light and fresh and tasted really good! “Great food and atmosphere but needs work on handling large crowds for events. Tonight my fiance and I had a wild experience lol. Arrived knowing we would wait, was quoted 30 min to 1 hour. Agreed and took a seat at the bar for drinks, table was available within the 30 min time frame which was great. Was seated and didn’t see a server for 35 minutes, we expected a wait and wasn’t too bothered at this point over it. Once the server came over to us he said he thought we were being taken care of already since I had a drink from the bar. We brushed it off and placed our drinks and food order at that time. My food came out within 5 minutes and we were pretty stunned with how quick that came considering how packed it was. Now, after 10 min of him not getting his order and we also didn’t have our drinks we looked around to find someone to ask. I called out to the server and the manager several times, but didn’t succeed in grabbing their attention and fiance didn’t want me to get up and find someone. 40 minutes after my food arrived the server came up to us and I asked about his food and our drinks. I said well just take our bill and a to go box for mine. He did bring out my fiancés order and removed it from the bill. We understand it’s not entirely the servers fault but overall we were pretty bummed since we do enjoy this spot for the atmosphere and the food has always been good. A few other tables also were saying they had similar experiences tonight and also just wanted their bills as well.“
