“Came to dine in, kind , prompt service , we got generous toppings, first time we didnt have to ask for more, other subways just give you a couple sprinkles of lettuce and counting the tomatoes and cucumbers etc , here they didnt , extra thanks for that they didnt separate the cold cuts so we got them all! . Highly recommended.“

“Honestly I love the food it's just the customer service sucks. Whenever I make an online purchase and come to pick up there is one gentleman that just looks at me doesn't speak at all. I say who the order is for this time he had hickey all over his neck unprofessional my opinion. I don't like ordering food from this location however it's the closest to home.“

“I love Block16. One of my first times eating here I ended up eating lunch right next to Chris Stapleton when he was touring in town, so you know if famous folks are TOLD to go here, you know it's good.

We ordered a pretty large / catering-sized order for our office of about 30 people ahead of time and they made it really easy for us. I'm not sure if it's something they would always do, but their attention to detail, organization, and overall customer service in addition to just HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS -- it's worth navigating all the construction downtown right now.

The moment I walked in, it smelled amazing! The restaurant was spotless, well-maintained, and the customer service was top-notch. Damien and Kenya greeted me with warm, welcoming smiles, shared some of their newest menu additions, and offered recommendations. That kind of genuine, attentive customer service is SO refreshing these days!

They also gave me a complimentary cookie since it was my first visit, and it was delicious!

“Parking pickle, no pun intended! This staff more than made up for thei associated cable car traffic headache. Their sandwiches are more than a single serving but not enough to share.

I believe they're in error with a mac & cheese - should be cheese & mac, it's the cheese blending which makes it delicious not their pasta - TRY IT!“

“Kind of an out of the way small location tucked into a strip mall on a major street. The service was adequate but not terrific. The food was good but I've had better sandwiches at other locations. The vibe was very low key and I'm hoping the scent of a certain product came from the next door establishment. It was adequately clean but shows some wear. Not a bad place just not outstanding where this chain is concerned.“
