This sandwich was what we usually get from this location! Fresh bread and good meat portions! As usual the staff was friendly and professional! “The footlong cookie is AMAZING very moist chewy chocolatey as you can see from the one picture. The footlong pretzel was just a tad overdone but still very good.. would recommend trying them if you're a pretzel or cookie fan before they're gone.“

“not delivery but drive thru was terrible. the girl, Gabrielle Louise according to my receipt, who took my order didn't let me finish ordering prior to giving me a total, then she and the 3 boys making the sandwiches were talking s*** because I wanted to finish my order. they gave me a new total of 10.54 but my card was charged over $11 with no explanation. I tried to ask for my receipt and the window was shut in my face. the only good experience I've ever had with this location have been with the older gentleman who works in the evening. updating to add since I got home. my sandwich isn't even what I ordered“

“Dylan Dailey, I remember you. You were extremely rude. You wanted 95 of our dollars after buying a two dollar pretzel. And after *Theresa* explained why we couldn’t you continued to call her names and argue. My mother has been in the business a long time and knows how it works, and doesn’t discriminate. She just didn’t want to run out of money in the register so we couldn’t give other customers proper change. You and your female companion were rude to her even after she calmly explained it to you. And Carmen Lopez, If the customer is wrong they are wrong. If the customer says that they are supposed to get something for free they aren’t going to get it for free, because they are simply incorrect. Being rude does not further your chance of getting better service. *theresa* has excellent customer service skills, she just calls it how it is. She does not let people bully her into getting their way because she is a strong independant woman who knows better than to let an ignorant customer call her names and then get what they want. Maybe you guys should try being nicer and then maybe people will treat you better. Until then, you’re not going to be treated very good the way you both go around criticizing those doing their jobs.“

“The food here is to die for. I've not found something that isn't top notch. Their serving of poutine style fries are also huge and a meal in of themselves. As a side note I love their cuts of a potato picture.

“I was told by the guy working behind the counter the Philly there would be a good choice and he wasn't lying, you know the food's good when you got to go home and change your shirt after, i was wayyyy too into the sandwich and not watching my juices, lol so worth it =)
Good steak flavor, not overly salty but seasoned right, i was very happy and the bread held firm down to the last bite, not rock hard or overly chewy, just a sandwich all around
