“I've been waiting to try this place since moving to Lincoln. I order a 10 in Steak Philly and it was a best of a sandwich. Tons of meat and cheese!
It was good but not great. I'm a steak Philly junkie. The steak was good, cheese mixture good. Bun was a little too much bread though.
In my journey through the Philly Steaks in Lincoln this one is number three in my Top Three.

“We're driving through Lincoln and kids asked for firehouse subs! Very nice people. Nice little place. I had the pizza meatball sub. It was great. Really good. Brownies as side was nice. They had good options for the whole family. Plain sandwiches for some and fun hot options for others.“

“Customer service is wonderful, food is amazing (especially smoked chicken salad on white with provolone cheese and tomato). Sandwich meal comes with your choice of chips, drink as well as a cookie of the day, ice cream, pickle and baby carrots very reasonably priced. i haven't taken anyone there for lunch that didn’t thoroughly enjoy it. Keep up the good work.“

“This is hands down the best subway in town, everyone who works there is so nice and happy to see you. I order from here often, even go out of my way to go to this subway because the food is always fresh and accurate. Unlike other subways there is always though staff which makes all the difference.“

“I love this location...the employees are always friendly and have a smile on their face. The sandwiches have always been delicious and the chocolate chip cookies are the best! I ordered online today and had a problem with a code going through, so I asked Morgan about it when I got to the store. She explained that they were having some problems and they honored the code ---yea, free birthday sub! I've always had great customer service here and it's one of the reasons I continue to go back to this location.“

“McAlisters deli is a favorite choice of mine for the healthy options and good price. The staff are always patient while I take a while to look over the menu (but usually end up ordering the same thing every time).
It seemed they had a particularly busy evening today, and still my order came timely and I appreciated the kind service from all the cashiers.“

“This is not the usual Subway where I order, but I was out shopping and it was on the way home, so I decided to put an order in on the app and pick it up there since I'd be driving right by. The receipt noted it was served by 999997. I just want to say kudos to this person. I've never had a better put-together sandwich from this chain. “We have gotten Subway delivered to our home from this branch twice, and each time the sandwiches were so immaculately made we were so amazed and marveled at our creations. We have eaten Subway in other states and even other countries, but never have we seen Subway sandwiches made with such care and precision. Imagine holding a poster-worthy Subway sandwich in your hand! While other Subway sandwiches fall apart as you eat and makes a huge mess, the sandwiches here somehow hold together throughout the eating process and each bite reveals a balanced and neat sandwich cross section that one can only dream of. It's like each bite shows you exactly what your ordered in every bite. “Went through drive through around 7 pm on a Friday night. 12/12/25 . Had the most amazing service. It really is nice to go through the drive thru & be greeted with someone smiling, making eye contact, and being so polite ! Makes all the difference in the world having great customer service. Even said hello to my dog & got him a treat. So nice! And our sandwiches were made with care . Thankyou for A+ service !!“

“I have Celiac Disease (a serious and chronic disease- gluten triggers an autoimmune response in my body which results in intestinal damage and a host of painful symptoms). Today, I had my first sub sandwich since my diagnosis, thanks to the new gluten free bread offered by Jersey Mike's. It was AMAZING! The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodated my needs with professionalism and kindness. They used fresh gloves, a fresh knife, and cleaned the counter/used a clean wrap all the way down the line to minimize the risk of cross contamination.
