I stopped in for a beach club, extra turkey, my favorite, but when I got home, there were missing ingredients. I called to let the store know & spoke with the manager, Mercedes & she was hella kind about it. Replaced my order with delivery! I appreciate her doing that b/c I wasn't able to get back to the store same-day. If you see this, Mercedes, thanks, again!
No problems here. They get orders done quick and one of the better sandwhich options.
I wanted to give some positive feedback about a delivery driver. He always delivers my food on time and is super friendly. I, unfortunately, can't remember his name, but he drives a red car. He provides amazing service. And the food is always great.

Jimmy John's on Pine Lake offers great food and exceptional customer service, as praised by customers Kaden, Jonah, and Michael. They went above and beyond to accommodate a catering order before opening hours. However, there was a mention of impersonal staff on one occasion. The location is wheelchair accessible and appreciated for its commitment to customer satisfaction, making it a favorite spot for many.
