“We're driving through Lincoln and kids asked for firehouse subs! Very nice people. Nice little place. I had the pizza meatball sub. It was great. Really good. Brownies as side was nice. They had good options for the whole family. Plain sandwiches for some and fun hot options for others.“

“The service was outstanding. I was there with a group of 8 people and I needed to keep on asking for extra things: forks, ranches, water cups. Every time I went up and asked for something (like 5 separate times), the staff was so nice and helpful. The manager overheard that we were out of town and part of a wedding party, and he gave us free ice cream cones. Just overall very kind and generous!“

“Has been and always will be my favorite hamburger in lincoln. Sometimes it can be a little greasy but, even then better than most. I always get at least a free cookie or two every time which is cool.

Definitely reccomend if you want to try something new and not typical like a McDonald's. Has a older school vibe Goin on too.“

“This Runza was very clean and updated. Very friendly service, and man...I have missed those onion rings. Had to take family to try their first Runza while in town, and they enjoyed it. Kind of a bummer they charge for the French onion dip now. Maybe I've been gone so long I didn't realize they've always charged for it. It was still a must to dip my rings in. The Runza w/cheese, frings, a drink and 2 dips was almost $17😱 Crazy times we're living in, and you can tell the prices are affecting business bc we were the only ones there. It's a shame bc this franchise has been a Nebraska staple for years. If I still lived here, the price would dissuade me from eating there often, but if you've never had it and passing through Nebraska, highly recommend.“

I didn't check my bag until I left the drive thru but noticed right away there was NO FRING to my frings, not only that but I had about 9 fries in the bag (it was a kids meal but there should be more than that). I turned around and went inside and the gentleman in the back saw me and didn't make me wait even 30 seconds. I explained, he apologized and grabbed the bag and went to the back. “Well, we are from out of town and heard of the famous Runza sandwich. We we're invited to try a sample by the gentlemen at the counter. The service was great, he brought our food out to us and offered us extra items like ranch. Even the customers were friendly. We also enjoyed the actual meal. Glad we tried a Nebraska favorite.“

Canes is a vibe and it shows through the staff members every single visit! Friendly and prompt. The drive thru is always quick even with a wrap around line! “They seemed short staffed when we came in, but the wait wasn't long. This was our first experience with Runza as we are out of state. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the mushroom swiss Runza which I consider superior after I tried a bite of the regular cheese Runza that my family ordered. My son got fries and they were good and crispy.“

“I haven’t been to a Culver’s in probably 13+ years and my client asked for it for lunch today. The cashier (white mans 20s-30s dark hair and glasses) was so kind and helped me with all of my questions with a smile, the lovely Hispanic woman who brought out our food also had a big smile. I have never seen such a clean fast food restaurant in my life, seriously the bathroom smelled so good with a hint of bleach, toilets? Absolutely spotless, not a crumb on the floor, tables or counters. Heck even the window sill had no dust on it. Absolutely blown away by the cleanliness and friendliness here. The burger was amazing with perfectly crispy fresh onions. hope upper management can give them some sort of incentive or gift because wow. We will definitely be back!“

“On my recent business trip to Lincoln I tried, for the first time, Chick Fil A. The food is as good as everyone says and while i do not want to take away from that, i am writing this review about the amazing staff at the 5805 N 28th street location. Specifically:

The food and service was so good I ate there twice in the week i was in Lincoln. These folks didn’t just provide “good service”, they were all exemplary. I worked for years on the “Michelin Row” in Yountville, California and these 5 could have taught service lessons to many of the people I have worked with over the years. Chick Fil A’s manager at this location is the “real deal” for spotting and bringing on talent like these fine individuals I met over my two visits. Thank you for the warm hospitality, whenever i’m back in Lincoln I’ll be dropping in. Good service is rare these days … and these folks are GREAT!!!“

“Cold food. Just got done driving all day and looking forward to a quick warm meal. Unfortunately my son and i both got cold chicken pattys on our sandwiches and my fries had been around quite a while. Service was good. Not one to complain and hate giving less than 5 star reviews. Maybe it was an off night.“

Excellent service. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. My food was fresh and hot, and while I was waiting on potato cakes, every single person who walked by the drive-thru window let me know they were coming out fresh. I think three different employees checked in with me.

“2.28.2024 on line order thru their app. picked up my order. I paid for 2 large diet drinks. got 2 medium drinks. one was sweet tea and we don't know what the other one was. ordered a 3 piece meal. that was as ok. ordered a 4 piece meal with gravy. got siraccha sauce and ranch dressing. oh, only got 3 pieces of chicken. one side was mac and cheese. no spoon or fork in the bag. called and talked to Taylor. he said it sounded like someone didn't get the order right. he said he would refund me. I asked him how that would be done. he said my cc would be credited in 3 to 5 business days. 🤦 won't go back.“

“Went through the drive through, ordered a meal with 2 fish and 6 shrimp. This was the first time I've ever gotten LJS and there were NO crumbs at the bottom of my box. Literally unheard of, and the pieces of fish I got were the combined size of one they usually give. I was super hyped to get LJS, as I haven't had it in a while, but my experience here was a huge let down for me. Hopefully that one time was just a fluke and next time will be better. Other than those things, food was great.“
