Jayden is absolutely fantastic. Every single time I come in, he has the biggest, most genuine smile on his face. It really brightens up the whole place! You can tell he is a true team player too, always helping out wherever needed and making sure everything runs smoothly. It's refreshing to see someone so dedicated and positive.

“Tried their breakfast for the 1st time. Their little chicken biscuit sandwichs are so good. They definitely need to work on their hash browns. They were soggy with grease and cold unfortunately. Their service is always excellent. More fast food restaurants should use their training.“

“This Runza was very clean and updated. Very friendly service, and man...I have missed those onion rings. Had to take family to try their first Runza while in town, and they enjoyed it. Kind of a bummer they charge for the French onion dip now. Maybe I've been gone so long I didn't realize they've always charged for it. It was still a must to dip my rings in. The Runza w/cheese, frings, a drink and 2 dips was almost $17😱 Crazy times we're living in, and you can tell the prices are affecting business bc we were the only ones there. It's a shame bc this franchise has been a Nebraska staple for years. If I still lived here, the price would dissuade me from eating there often, but if you've never had it and passing through Nebraska, highly recommend.“

“Make on demand pizza with fresh ingredients. They have great pizzas, brick oven. Great salads and cheese bread. If you order in the app, you can earn points and they offer quite a few specials in online ordering. Our favorite is the two top pizza and drink for $10 plus tax. No matter how busy, it is still relatively quick. They have indoor/outdoor seating and takeout.“

“Very Nebraska-specific comfort food. The Runza sandwich is warm, doughy, and oddly satisfying, especially on a cold day. It’s simple, a little nostalgic, and surprisingly filling. Fast-food setup, but locals clearly take this place seriously (and now I get why).“

“Charlie - are you a human or an angel? This man deserves to be on the news! He drove all across town to bring me and some of my co-workers cookies today. Who does that?! Not a typical restaurant manager! Charlie is someone who goes far above and beyond what is expected from good customer service. He really makes a person feel like it is his true pleasure to go the extra mile or in this case several miles! I hope it all comes back to him somehow!“

“Love how Convenient this location is to my home. We love Freddys. Even with a slight mistake they made it right and made it better with a cherry on top. Smiling kids, great management. Keep it up.“

“I like eating food at Runza, but order accuracy needs some work. In the last 4 trips, the order was wrong. But I check now before leaving. The store decor is not very comfortable. The seating leaves a lot to be desired. But as I started with, I do love their food, and they do a really good job of making it with consistency.“

“I was very pleased with the service provided in drive-thru. The two people working drive thru (the receipt said Troy but I didn't catch the young lady's name) were so kind to me. As an older man, younger generations don't seem to care anymore but these two are special! You've got yourself some keepers... hahahah... They made sure my order was correct and it surely was! yay!... Will frequent this location more.“

I didn't check my bag until I left the drive thru but noticed right away there was NO FRING to my frings, not only that but I had about 9 fries in the bag (it was a kids meal but there should be more than that). I turned around and went inside and the gentleman in the back saw me and didn't make me wait even 30 seconds. I explained, he apologized and grabbed the bag and went to the back. Then I ordered and paid for one and waited over 10 minutes for it. She said they were backed up. She could have done it herself right aqay.“

Other than that, the food is good and the service is always great. We definitely have our favorite servers, but overall everyone is friendly, attentive, and does a great job.“

Every time I went up and asked for something (like 5 separate times), the staff was so nice and helpful. The manager overheard that we were out of town and part of a wedding party, and he gave us free ice cream cones. Just overall very kind and generous!“

“Well, we are from out of town and heard of the famous Runza sandwich. We we're invited to try a sample by the gentlemen at the counter. The service was great, he brought our food out to us and offered us extra items like ranch. Even the customers were friendly. We also enjoyed the actual meal. Glad we tried a Nebraska favorite.“

There's an older lady that is so sweet, and if you come through more than once a year, she does her best to make the food just as you like it! She always puts just the right amount of cheese in burritos :)“

“Went through the drive through, ordered a meal with 2 fish and 6 shrimp. This was the first time I've ever gotten LJS and there were NO crumbs at the bottom of my box. Literally unheard of, and the pieces of fish I got were the combined size of one they usually give. I was super hyped to get LJS, as I haven't had it in a while, but my experience here was a huge let down for me. Hopefully that one time was just a fluke and next time will be better. Other than those things, food was great.“

I ordered the mushroom swiss Runza which I consider superior after I tried a bite of the regular cheese Runza that my family ordered. My son got fries and they were good and crispy.“

Excellent service. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. My food was fresh and hot, and while I was waiting on potato cakes, every single person who walked by the drive-thru window let me know they were coming out fresh. I think three different employees checked in with me.
