Jayden is absolutely fantastic. Every single time I come in, he has the biggest, most genuine smile on his face. It really brightens up the whole place! “I have never left a bad review for a Chick-fil-A before. When I arrived at 9:30 a.m. there were no employees at the registers. I had to wait around 3 minutes for an employee to come and take my order. There was a young lady brown hair and pigtails that was obviously stressed and overwhelmed but the store wasn't that busy. After I place my order I had to wait over 5 minutes for it to be given to me. The store was very understaffed. It affected the employee's attitudes which are usually top notch. There needs to be a little bit better early morning management at this store.“

“This Runza was very clean and updated. Very friendly service, and man...I have missed those onion rings. Had to take family to try their first Runza while in town, and they enjoyed it. Kind of a bummer they charge for the French onion dip now. Maybe I've been gone so long I didn't realize they've always charged for it. It was still a must to dip my rings in. The Runza w/cheese, frings, a drink and 2 dips was almost $17😱 Crazy times we're living in, and you can tell the prices are affecting business bc we were the only ones there. It's a shame bc this franchise has been a Nebraska staple for years. If I still lived here, the price would dissuade me from eating there often, but if you've never had it and passing through Nebraska, highly recommend.“

“Very Nebraska-specific comfort food. The Runza sandwich is warm, doughy, and oddly satisfying, especially on a cold day. It’s simple, a little nostalgic, and surprisingly filling. Fast-food setup, but locals clearly take this place seriously (and now I get why).“

“APPLAUSE!! You made a bad experience one to remember in a positive way. I didn't check my bag until I left the drive thru but noticed right away there was NO FRING to my frings, not only that but I had about 9 fries in the bag (it was a kids meal but there should be more than that). I turned around and went inside and the gentleman in the back saw me and didn't make me wait even 30 seconds. I explained, he apologized and grabbed the bag and went to the back. Then I ordered and paid for one and waited over 10 minutes for it. She said they were backed up. She could have done it herself right aqay.“

If you order in the app, you can earn points and they offer quite a few specials in online ordering. Our favorite is the two top pizza and drink for $10 plus tax. No matter how busy, it is still relatively quick. They have indoor/outdoor seating and takeout.“

“Has been and always will be my favorite hamburger in lincoln. Sometimes it can be a little greasy but, even then better than most. I always get at least a free cookie or two every time which is cool.

Definitely reccomend if you want to try something new and not typical like a McDonald's. Has a older school vibe Goin on too.“

Every time I went up and asked for something (like 5 separate times), the staff was so nice and helpful. “Well, we are from out of town and heard of the famous Runza sandwich. We we're invited to try a sample by the gentlemen at the counter. The service was great, he brought our food out to us and offered us extra items like ranch. Even the customers were friendly. We also enjoyed the actual meal. Glad we tried a Nebraska favorite.“

There's an older lady that is so sweet, and if you come through more than once a year, she does her best to make the food just as you like it! “They seemed short staffed when we came in, but the wait wasn't long. This was our first experience with Runza as we are out of state. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the mushroom swiss Runza which I consider superior after I tried a bite of the regular cheese Runza that my family ordered. My son got fries and they were good and crispy.“

“We only went through the drive thru, but we went for the $7 box deal which is a great deal! You get a beef or chicken sandwich, your choice of side, we chose potato cakes, which came with 2, 2 mozzarella sticks, and a peach cobbler roll. Before, in baked fruit goods, I only liked apple or lemon in them, but this thing was AWESOME! Now, when we adopted our beloved dog, we soon realized that Arby’s is her absolute FAVORITE! She goes BONKERS for it! So to comment on the service, I’ll say two things, 1. We love people that love our dog, and when the employee opened the window to take payment, he busted out laughing and said, I LOVE your dog! She’s back there dancing! We told him that Arby’s is her absolute favorite. And 2. After taking payment and handing the drinks out, which I failed to mention were part of the box deal, they had our boxes ready immediately and ALL of the items were PIPING hot! Nicely done!“

I order from here often, even go out of my way to go to this subway because the food is always fresh and accurate. Unlike other subways there is always though staff which makes all the difference.“

“I haven’t eaten Long John Silvers in years- never much of a fan. When my boyfriend wanted to eat here tonight- I was not happy about it lol…. But much to my surprise, the food was actually really good! It was fresh not like my past experiences that I remember.

We went through the drive thru- the lady who was working the window around 6pm 11/5 was super awesome! Shout out to her! She also gave our doggies treats :)

“The staff were great and the food was amazing I got an burrito and my sister got tacos and lemme tell you the seasoning is there. I believe the young woman helping me was named Jordan and she helped me threw the menu due to my eye sight such a kind young woman.“

“So good! The food is always spot on. The tacos are really quite good both hard and soft shells and street or homemade they are yummy. The burritos are packed full of goodness, and lots of burrito styles and fillings. I loves me some wet burrito action, or enchiladas.

They sell more than tacos and burritos, they have burgers and stuff for those who want something else. The food is really pretty tasty. The employees are for the most part good and easy to chat with.“
