“Theres 2 sides to a story. This reveiw joshua dickenson has posted really upsets me. He came in to pick up an ONLINE order and said he was over charged and didnt receieve 1 sandwhich for free. I apologized and said we havw no control over the subway app and pay. We receive the order 3rd party. He was upset and yelling at me as i finished his sandwhiches because he was early to come pick up. He then demanded me to give him free cookies for his military discount and since he was overcharged by the app that i have no control over. I put the side of apple sauce in the bag amd the kids white milk on the counter. He then yelled at me again saying i will be giving you a bad review trisha and purposely forgets the milk on the counter. I also had another customer in my shop standing there in disbelief of what happened. I can only control what happens in store. I never rang in his order to begin with. I work really hard in my store. I would never say no to a 10% military discount. He did not want to purchase the cookies. He wanted them for free.“

“The service was outstanding. I was there with a group of 8 people and I needed to keep on asking for extra things: forks, ranches, water cups. Every time I went up and asked for something (like 5 separate times), the staff was so nice and helpful. The manager overheard that we were out of town and part of a wedding party, and he gave us free ice cream cones. Just overall very kind and generous!“

“The ocean is still Dairy Queen. But our order wasn’t correct. We didn’t go back through the drive through because the line was so long. We ordered a PB parfait with chocolate ice cream and got vanilla“

“They seemed short staffed when we came in, but the wait wasn't long. This was our first experience with Runza as we are out of state. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the mushroom swiss Runza which I consider superior after I tried a bite of the regular cheese Runza that my family ordered. My son got fries and they were good and crispy.“

“We only went through the drive thru, but we went for the $7 box deal which is a great deal! You get a beef or chicken sandwich, your choice of side, we chose potato cakes, which came with 2, 2 mozzarella sticks, and a peach cobbler roll. Before, in baked fruit goods, I only liked apple or lemon in them, but this thing was AWESOME! Now, when we adopted our beloved dog, we soon realized that Arby’s is her absolute FAVORITE! She goes BONKERS for it! So to comment on the service, I’ll say two things, 1. We love people that love our dog, and when the employee opened the window to take payment, he busted out laughing and said, I LOVE your dog! She’s back there dancing! We told him that Arby’s is her absolute favorite. And 2. After taking payment and handing the drinks out, which I failed to mention were part of the box deal, they had our boxes ready immediately and ALL of the items were PIPING hot! Nicely done!“

“I’m giving this place 4 stars for the food because I honestly can’t understand why they sell nachos but are so stingy with the cheese—it seems a little contradictory! Other than that, the food is good and the service is always great. We definitely have our favorite servers, but overall everyone is friendly, attentive, and does a great job.“

“So good! The food is always spot on. The tacos are really quite good both hard and soft shells and street or homemade they are yummy. The burritos are packed full of goodness, and lots of burrito styles and fillings. I loves me some wet burrito action, or enchiladas.

They sell more than tacos and burritos, they have burgers and stuff for those who want something else. The food is really pretty tasty. The employees are for the most part good and easy to chat with.“

“I go to this subway a lot because it’s close to where I work. Yesterday I stopped in for lunch and I was running short on time, and honestly just having a bad day. I got the best service from the girl working at the time! I believe her name is Faith (I’m so sorry if it’s not) but she was so kind and acknowledged that I was feeling stressed and just made the whole experience fast and stress free. “2.28.2024 on line order thru their app. picked up my order. I paid for 2 large diet drinks. got 2 medium drinks. one was sweet tea and we don't know what the other one was. ordered a 3 piece meal. that was as ok. ordered a 4 piece meal with gravy. got siraccha sauce and ranch dressing. oh, only got 3 pieces of chicken. one side was mac and cheese. no spoon or fork in the bag. called and talked to Taylor. he said it sounded like someone didn't get the order right. he said he would refund me. I asked him how that would be done. he said my cc would be credited in 3 to 5 business days. 🤦 won't go back.“

“This location is my favorite Lincoln location by far. I Door Dash a few nights a week and there is just a few places that stay open late/24 hours. The South 27th location runs pretty efficient. From 11pm - 3am i will pick up orders as quick as I can get back from my last delivery. Usually 5-6 cars ahead of me & they move us right thru...faster than anybody else that is still open this late does by far. they are always very friendly & my orders have always been correct. Pretty impressive!“

I ordered a ice cream thinking it was the free one but I didn’t realize I had to do that in person. The person on staff was wonderful!! Explained it to me and gave me a second ice cream cone free 🥰

“Been a long time since I had a Pizza Hut pizza. I purchased a large hamburger original. The other day. That location Pizza Hut 56th and South Street. Seem to be able to make the pizza a little bit better than I remember? I used to go to the one near 10th and high Street. Of course proof is in the pudding. They didn't cook them very well in my opinion. That one is no longer open at that location. I rest my case. I've gone back to Pizza Hut two times so far. Very satisfied.“
