Charlie - are you a human or an angel? This man deserves to be on the news! He drove all across town to bring me and some of my co-workers cookies today. Who does that?! Not a typical restaurant manager! Charlie is someone who goes far above and beyond what is expected from good customer service. He really makes a person feel like it is his true pleasure to go the extra mile or in this case several miles! I hope it all comes back to him somehow!
