The only employees that know what they are doing are the young boys wearing the vests. Missing a meal out of my order, wrong drinks, wrong food. Made me bring alllll the food inside to then tell me she didn't even need to see it. The manager loved snatching and grabbing out of my hand as well. This location has gone so down hill. Fries weren't even fully cooked. Also. I ordered a Carmel Macchiato and the must've forgot the coffee in the drink. It was simply milk
Love the convenience of app ordering to speed your time waiting. Able to make choices in advance of your arrival which reduces stress in the car. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and provide excellent service.
