“Whoever was working this shift tonight gave me the BEST experience I’ve had at Dairy Queen, matter of fact the whole fast food industry. The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, being the most kind they could ever be. I usually ask for extra fries instead of bread and they actually gave me a good amount of fries for the loss of my bread. The manager should give every working there last night a raise, because that staff right there is like a NBA team with how good they are working with many factors.“

I genuinely appreciated it so much, ive been having a really rough time recently and it made me realize life is good because there are people like them, who help others. Usually when I come through there’s a girl, Hannah at the window. I haven’t met anyone as sweet and polite at this location and I wanted to make sure her patience is recognized. So many customer service employees just act so miserable and like that part of their job doesn’t matter anymore but she makes sure she’s leading with kindness every time and I love to see it. Thank you!“

“My girlfriend is vegetarian and when I asked if they had vegetarian runzas the girl manager said that all vegetarians are are going to hell and I was too fat to be eating at runza anyway. I would not go back.

“My husband and I stopped by for a quick meal and had a wonderful experience. I had an orginal Runza and he had Swiss cheese Runza, both were delicious. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean and well lit. There was handicapped accessibility both inside and out. Again we had a wonderful experience.“
