“Traveling from out of town for work from Minneapolis.

What a simple bacon cheeseburger but so good. The crinkle cut fries and onion rings were perfect. The onion ring batter is different than what I am used to but it was great. Bummer no sauce for it.

Would definitely go here over Mcdonalds if I wanted a bacon cheeseburger!“

“I eat here quite often and I would say most of the time I am satisfied or even happy with the food and the service. If you're ever served by Eugenia, then I'm sure she brought a little joy to your day. Most of the time the food is good and they don't often mess up your order or forget things you asked for. I like the pot-roast sandwich and the patty melt on sourdough. I do wish they would cook the fries a bit longer as they are not crispy.“

“Tried this place for lunch the other day and honestly the food was pretty darn good. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fries, and everything came out fresh and hot. The chicken was juicy, the bread was soft, and the seasoning had a nice flavor without being too much. The fries were crispy and tasted like they were made fresh. Service was friendly and the staff checked on us a couple times. Not the fanciest spot around, but the food hit the spot and the prices seemed fair. I'd definetly come back again when I'm in the area.“

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ask if there’s anything that we want but we come here every Friday. It has been three months with a broken Front window, which creates a major chill when the snow was on the ground the icemaker has not worked for over two weeks and if this continues on, we probably won’t be coming back for no ice for our sodas. Even though Jay and Carly are very nice and friendly. Jay and Carly are the heart of this subway !!!! They should be awarded for wonderful service !!! We have continued to come come here only got them!!“

“I stopped in for lunch today and had a mixed experience. When I walked in, I was greeted right away, which I appreciated. I went up to the register to order, but no one ever came over to help. It was clearly the lunch rush, so it seemed like the team may have been a bit understaffed.

After waiting for a bit, I ended up just taking a seat and placing my order through the app at 11:29 AM. My sandwich was ready at 11:40 AM, and it was great as always. The food quality was exactly what I expect from Jimmy John’s.

Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it would have been nice to be able to order at the counter instead of having to switch to the app. Hopefully it was just a busy moment and not the usual experience.“
