“Went through Drive thru yesterday my opinion drive thrus are horrible at times you have to repeat your order alot I am assuming it's the connection or its old but the microphones at times are first then the menu you have to pull up to see and then your past the microphone and they're are cars behind so you have to shout then. Then the person doesn't hear maybe your voice is soft then you raise your voice the person working probably thinking this person is rude we are not. Ordered a cone and Peanut butter Concrete . The girl was young she did smile and she was pretty. We got our food we paid. Yummy ice cream kind of pricey ..we got smaller sizes. Thanks“

I felt like I needed to mention something because honestly her kindness and patience to me after I had such a long day brightened me up a bit. “I’d like to commend Addie for the kindness she showed me this morning.

At about 6:39 a.m., I came through the drive-thru feeling extremely nauseous. Addie noticed I wasn’t feeling well, took time to talk with me, and even offered me mints for my upset stomach. I felt awful, but her warmth and compassion genuinely made me feel better.

“I had a bad experience at Runza on 5/4/26, where I was charged for 2 meals, but only purchased 1 meal. Initially, I was told, by whomever answered the phone, claiming to be a manager, there was nothing he could do for me since I didn't report it the same day and I swore I would never eat there again. My friend/coworker went to Runza this afternoon and Jason, the manager asked if she was the one who was overcharged. I had just told her about the incident, so she was able to tell him it was me. He said he had been trying to reach me. She came back with his phone number and I called. Jason was so nice and apologized for the inconvenience and for whomever I spoke to. We even figured out what happened. Runza is now back in my good graces, and I will continue to eat there. Jason was absolutely AWESOME and determined to make things right with me and I appreciate the lengths he was willing to go to, to make it right. There should be more managers like Jason.“

“When I want a change from burgers and fries or TexMex I go to Runza. The fries are amazing, the perfect mix of crisp outside and chewy inside with just the right balance of flavor. The sandwich is satisfying and filling with a perfect blend of texture and flavors. I recommend trying Runza if you haven't eaten there before. It's a delicious break from the usual.“

“This is my favorite Freddy's! The food is so good here you guys! Especially love their French fries! And their customer service is really good too. We celebrated a birthday here and we were able to move two tables together and it just made the perfect birthday spot and the food was delicious! And I had never had their custard before but it was so yummy and the vanilla custard had sprinkles on it and my friend got the chocolate custard and that hot chocolate chips on it and everyone just had a fantastic time there was a whole bunch of us and there was plenty of room! And I just want to say again that I thought the customer service was really good at this location because they made sure we had everything all of our food and they were really professional and kind too! If you want to go somewhere with yummy food, with a really great and this is the place! And they have lots of windows so the sunshine was coming in it was really pretty too. I will definitely be back to this Freddy's again! And you got to try the french fries they're just really good!“

“Pulled pork is amazingly delicious! Mac and cheese is better than my mom's, but don't tell her I said this. BBQ sauce perfect! I also got my mom the half slab of ribs dinner. “I arrived at 8:15pm tonight & they were mopping the whole restaurant floor it was wet everywhere no biggie figured they were just cleaning up a little bc of COVID. I asked “are you closing early?” The young lady said “no we close at 10pm” I said ok great. I get up to order for my daughter and I and they said they were out of chicken for the night. I looked down and a lot of the containers were close to empty or empty too. The lady behind me also asked for something & they said they were out of that too. The grills were off and multiple staff were just standing around. If you close at 10pm why are you done cooking for the night at 8:15pm? Doesn’t make sense. If it was 9:15pm I could kinda understand.. Anyway I drove across the street to Chipotle & the lady behind me left also. I hope tonight was a one time thing bc that sucks if that happens regularly.“

“The quality of people Chick-fil-A employees is an obvious arrow pointing towards what you can expect from the food quality. Chick-fil-a, even when slammed and there are cars going around the block still runs like a well-oiled machine and they get everybody through like clockwork. I have never been more impressed with any food serving chain I have remembered them since 1995 when they used to cater to my high school and now that they have several stores where I live I'm always so impressed by the quality of people that they hire“

“My husband is a native and Runza is a must stop on every visit. Today we enjoyed trying the mushroom and Swiss and cheeseburger runzas and, of course, have our take home bag full of his favorites , the original Runza. Service was top notch. “Ordered through grub hub today. Everything was great, made right and on time. Well when I took my lunch and was getting my bowl that I ordered mixed up I found a hair deep in the middle... 😭😭 I know it’s not mine because this hair was blonde and I am a brunette. So disappointed I cannot eat my lunch today. I also see a picture of an employee on this page serving food with her hair down and no hair net. If this is the norm I will not return to this company.
