This is by far the best service I have ever received. Derek I believe the man's name was who took care of me and my son. I tried to place an online order but it said the system was down and I called 2 other locations to place an order to pick up and was told they werent taking anymore orders because it was 20 min prior to closing time. Went in for ice cream and Serenaty was working behind the counter, her whole attitude was your interrupting my time checking out my phone to have to wait on you. I asked for a double scoop of ice cream in a dish, and she scooped out barley enough to call it a double scoop. When I complained she said if you want more pay for another scoop.

The gal working the counter said that my coupon had already been used. But it was a brand new coupon that my wife had cut out of the mailing we got. Her coupon worked. The worker was very unconcerned and said there was nothing she can do. Really?? Nothing at all?? We have been going to this Subway location for a long time and this crew working that day was all different from the regular workers we have grown accustomed to. We will not be going back to this location.
