The girl helping us at the register was very helpful when I asked about the cone sizes
Way to overpriced, young kids working their need to be more customer friendly and say thank you cause if there is no customers they have no paycheck! Also tired of having to ask for napkins they give you food , no napkins, ice-cream no napkins, I guess they think we need to wipe our mouth with our sleeves. Bad training. Especially for the money they charge.
Went through Drive thru yesterday my opinion drive thrus are horrible at times you have to repeat your order alot I am assuming it's the connection or its old but the microphones at times are first then the menu you have to pull up to see and then your past the microphone and they're are cars behind so you have to shout then. Then the person doesn't hear maybe your voice is soft then you raise your voice the person working probably thinking this person is rude we are not. Ordered...read full review

However, there are some issues with the food quality. The drive-thru service often results in melted blizzards that are already melting when received, making it difficult to enjoy the ice cream without drips. Some customers also experienced their dipped cones being served already melted. Additionally, there have been repeated problems with getting the correct flavor, such as mint in the mint oreo blizzard, which was not added despite assurances. Despite these concerns, many find the food good and appreciate the friendly service, but the melting ice cream and flavor mix-ups can be disappointing.
