I was in Omaha to run an errand, and needed to grab lunch before hitting the road again. I had exact change after my gift cards, and the person at the window was so wonderful and kind. I got fresh, hot food. I was even reminded how hot it would be. They even offered me extra honey mustard.
I have never been to a Runza with a worker who smiled so big! Taylor was a fresh of breath air. The man running the window for food was a different story. I felt that in the time I sat there eating, he was rude to his employee who was keeping the front running and maintaining the cleanliness all at the same time. Keep your smile Taylor you deserve a raise!!!

Ordered the original Runza sandwich and 2 sandwich cookies. The saws which was great but the cookies on the sandwich were unfortunately too hard even after the ice cream was starting too melt. We ordered the food to go so I can’t critique on the atmosphere inside. All in all I enjoyed the food!
