“I tried Taste of Heaven for the first time at the Nebraska Enterprise Fund's Juneteenth celebration. I had the catfish and it was wonderful! Some else had catfish and ribs and said they were both great. After you order they give you "pager" the lights up when your food is ready. That was great as I was able to walk around and enjoy the event while waiting.“

“My husband was skeptical when I said I wanted to go into a car dealership for lunch after doing my research- Truly a hidden gem! These guys were so friendly and accommodating, and it was obvious without saying that they love what they do. The food was fantastic (especially the traditional enchiladas with chili con queso added). The kids love cars so this was such a cool treat for them to gawk at all the indoor vehicles while we were waiting. 10/10 recommend!“

The manager was great to work with and I really am glad I chose Charleston’s. Our food was delicious. Highly recommend the shrimp cargot, the Caesar salad, and the special filet.“

“We stayed at The Farnam and decided to have dinner at Dynamite Woodfire Grill during Omaha Restaurant Week. This ended up being one of my favorite meals of our entire weekend!
The restaurant has an upscale atmosphere without feeling stuffy, and I loved the focus on wood-fired cooking. You can see the flames at your table from the oven! Everything felt elevated from the presentation to the overall experience, and it was so convenient having such a great restaurant right inside our hotel. From the corn bread, to the gazpacho, to steak, and dessert...this spot is INCREDIBLE.
I’d definitely come back to try more of the regular menu next time we’re in Omaha—even if we weren’t staying at The Farnam!“

“Can’t say enough good things about The Boiler Room! Such a beautiful, intimate environment with the friendliest servers and unbelievably talented staff. The presentation of each plate is like a piece of art. The chef and team’s food is some of the most mouthwatering, flavorful food you will ever eat!! Definitely a hidden gem in downtown Omaha. “Came to Omaha for a conference and it was within walking distance to my hotel. The bartender recommended a good beer 🍺 and the Tipsy Cuban sandwich 🥪 which were both good. Nice local pub to get a burger and a beer.“

“I love first watch! They have so many options for my GF diet and everything is so healthy, delicious, and fresh! Rest assured, they also have the indulgent options for those with a sweet tooth and kids (choc chip pancakes!). My only regret is that I haven’t tried one of their fresh juiced concoctions during one of my visits. Definitely going to make that a priority next time. 😊“

While butterburgers may not be health food they are delicious, their concretes are delicious with a variety of add ons (for those of you that don't know a concrete is frozen custard chocolate or vanilla with various add ins like cookie dough, oreo pieces, strawberries etc.)“

“I had the opportunity to stop in at Twin Peaks yesterday for the first time. I was not disappointed. If you want to see the most stunning women you will ever see, ask for Sidney! She is friendly and will talk to you, not like most. Well worth the drive.“

“We had our rehearsal dinner at Jams Old Market in downtown Omaha. We were able to rent the Loft 204 upstairs for our event. My husband and I loved the venue from the very beginning! The exposed brick walls, the privacy for our event, and the ability to see where we got engaged were all big aspects we were looking for! The bartender was amazing. The food was even better! It truly felt like a dream come true from the moment we walked through the door. Jams was accommodating for our littles and provide our family with a delicious meal the night before our wedding day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a private and intimate venue and wants their loved ones to feel like royalty!“

“We’ve been waiting for Talus and it was worth the wait! Food is incredible, service was awesome. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. He had great suggestions and made our special dinner fun.

We had the crab artichoke dip starter and each a different risotto dish. Drinks are also stand out. We loved the entire experience. We chose to enjoy the patio on a cool evening. Both inside and outside seating is lovely.“

“Very good ood but pretty small portions for the price. But I understand everything is very expensive these days. We went around 1130 on a Thursday and the place was packed. It's set up like chipotle, so you get in line and order and then find a seat. Even with the line out the door, they moved through people quickly and the food came out in a timely manner for sure. I recommend grabbing a table first and then getting in line to order.“
