Our waitress was phenomenal—I'm so sorry I don’t remember your name, but I truly owe you more for making the experience so memorable. Highly, highly recommend this place! The food was absolutely astronomical, and the drinks were perfect. The coffee was out of this world, too—hands down the best meal I've had in a long time. The overall atmosphere was so comfy, cozy, and relaxed—it’s the perfect spot to unwind. I’ll definitely be back!“

“My husband was skeptical when I said I wanted to go into a car dealership for lunch after doing my research- Truly a hidden gem! These guys were so friendly and accommodating, and it was obvious without saying that they love what they do. The food was fantastic (especially the traditional enchiladas with chili con queso added). The kids love cars so this was such a cool treat for them to gawk at all the indoor vehicles while we were waiting. 10/10 recommend!“

“I tried Taste of Heaven for the first time at the Nebraska Enterprise Fund's Juneteenth celebration. I had the catfish and it was wonderful! Some else had catfish and ribs and said they were both great. After you order they give you "pager" the lights up when your food is ready. That was great as I was able to walk around and enjoy the event while waiting.“

While butterburgers may not be health food they are delicious, their concretes are delicious with a variety of add ons (for those of you that don't know a concrete is frozen custard chocolate or vanilla with various add ins like cookie dough, oreo pieces, strawberries etc.)“

“We just ate there for our 6th wedding anniversary last night and it was an amazing experience!! Ally and the staff went above and beyond and made our night so wonderful and memorable 🥰 The food was outstanding and the Billionaire cocktail she recommended was delish! She made the dessert special and everyone even signed a card. She was so personable and genuinely nice, I can't sing Ally's praises enough, thank you again!!!“

Rest assured, they also have the indulgent options for those with a sweet tooth and kids (choc chip pancakes!). “Incredible. I’m shocked to see 4.2 stars and I almost skipped the place because of it. Wine selection by the glass is great, was surprised for this city. Oysters were different but very good. They have me complimentary corn bread that was hot, so good and so cute. Butter with salt on it was amazing. Stand out is you have to get the short rib in my option. Very impressed.“

“I would like to thank Block 16 for helping my unintentional bulking phase that lasted for 2 years when I lived downtown. This unique spot was my go-to for lunch and dinner whenever I was feeling too lazy to cook at my apartment. Beware - If you follow them on social media the temptation to head over will overwhelm you as they post their new food creations throughout the week. Some of the food posts seem like they are concocted by a mad scientist, other limited time menu items are staples in the food world, but just done better. The common theme here is everything I have ever ordered is top notch. Block 16 is one of the more unique places to eat in Omaha, and anytime I have friends from out of town ask for a recommendation, I point them this direction as a downtown option. Block 16 isn't scared to bend the rules of what french fries should be topped with and they certainly don't worry about the logistics of stuffing a full entree into a sandwich. They are lovers of food and their menu that varies throughout the month reflects that. They have some staple items that are always available but there are new things to try out almost every time you go. The only thing I could give some criticism on is dining-in can be a little tough sometimes with their setup but this is more due to the popularity of the place and limited dining space. But let's be honest, you go here for the food, not the tables.“

“We had our rehearsal dinner at Jams Old Market in downtown Omaha. We were able to rent the Loft 204 upstairs for our event. My husband and I loved the venue from the very beginning! The exposed brick walls, the privacy for our event, and the ability to see where we got engaged were all big aspects we were looking for! The bartender was amazing. The food was even better! It truly felt like a dream come true from the moment we walked through the door. Jams was accommodating for our littles and provide our family with a delicious meal the night before our wedding day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a private and intimate venue and wants their loved ones to feel like royalty!“

“I would like to get busy a thumbs up 110% went there on Valentine's Day night they texted me I came back after I was there and couldn't get in I sat next to a wonderful absolutely wonderful girl named Allie we talked for hours and give me a ride home and I just had the most wonderful time for being a Valentine's Day and not having a boyfriend I didn't need one I don't need one but I made a new friend named Allie from Beatrice and I am so pleased and happy for that and hopefully things will pan out as friendship can subside and thank you busy for everything you have done and do for me when I do come there I really appreciate it and I tried to put good reviews for you guys anything I could do for you you tell me and vice versa thank you again“
