Can’t say enough good things about The Boiler Room! Such a beautiful, intimate environment with the friendliest servers and unbelievably talented staff. The presentation of each plate is like a piece of art. The chef and team’s food is some of the most mouthwatering, flavorful food you will ever eat!! Definitely a hidden gem in downtown Omaha. Can’t wait to go back again!!
Amazing experience. Friendly server without a hint of snobbery. Each dish was delicious and we had a lovely bottle of wine that was suggested by our waiter. We are looking forward to coming back next time we want a nice meal out!
We had the marinated olives, charcuterie, salmon, halibut, chocolate torte, and apple gateau. The charcuterie includes meats prepared in house, highly recommend trying that. There were some flavors there I hadn't had before. The salmon was perfectly cooked, crispy exterior but tender within, and the base for the halibut (a chive beurre blanc with vegetables and couscous and lemon) was seasoned perfectly. The Boiler Room offers an exceptional dining experience, perfect for special occasions. The sirloin steak and house charcuterie are delicious, with impressive sides like sweet potato purée and wild rice. The local rhubarb trifle is a perfect blend of tart and sweet. The barramundi is cooked perfectly and comes with tasty Brussels sprouts and gnocchi. The macarons are a must-try. The restaurant accommodates various dietary restrictions easily. The beautiful ambiance and top-notch service make it a wonderful place to spoil yourself and enjoy a meal. The Boiler Room has this moody, industrial elegance—dim lighting, exposed beams, and a spiral staircase that makes it feel dramatic in the best way. The wagyu ribeye was the best steak ever experienced. The duck breast was perfectly seared and beautifully plated. Chef Tim's food and service are exceptional.
The atmosphere is very nice, and the food is delicious. The lamb and the fish are particularly good. The tea is also very good. Boiler Room consistently delivers a top-notch dining experience, with creativity and flavor. They've truly created something special.
