48 Best Bar & Grill in Omaha

“First time at Brazen Head, and we’ll definitely be back! We stopped in for lunch, and the service was quick. Melissa, our server, was great and took the time to give us recommendations since it was our first visit.

My Salty Dog had a generous pour and tasted exactly like I remembered a Salty Dog should! 🍹 The Reuben was delicious with a generous portion size, and we were also able to share the wings and fish & chips. Everything was flavorful, and there was plenty to go around.

Great food, great drinks, and wonderful service from Melissa. Definitely a spot worth checking out!“

“Excellent service, great food! Would 100% recommend.“

“This a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy good drinks and good food. The innovation in the kitchen is amazing and they are always coming up with unique menu items.“

“My husband and I were recommended by our car salesman and he was Right! This place was a great experience. Everyone was nice and friendly! Even the guy at the bar was nice and talked highly of this place. We ordered the burgers and onion rings plus the most amazing ranch sauce. Absolutely love the atmosphere and 👍👍 on the best burgers! We will definitely be back!“

“Great food and service. Very clean atmosphere. Love the tap handles displayed around the room up by the ceiling. Notice next you’re there for dinner or a drink.“

“Stumbled upon this place when they were having a punk rock flea market. I don't think they'd be offended by me calling it a dive bar? But I was blown away by how inclusive and cool the vibe was there. The bartender was a sweetheart, and the rest of the clientele was friendly without being pushy. And the drinks were cheap too. So check this place out.“

“Hosted a bridal shower there. Natalie was wonderful to work with. The food was very good, and the event room was the perfect size. An overall great experience!“

“Very friendly staff and AMAZINGGGGGGGG food of whatever you are craving. We ABSOLUTELY will be a regular customer!“

“We were in the area taking care of HVAC repairs for a customer and had a little time between calls, so we decided to stop in at Paddy McGown’s for lunch and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. It was the perfect spot to recharge before heading back out for the day. Great service, great food, and a place we’ll definitely be stopping at again when we’re in the area.“

“We just ate there for the very first time. It is worth the drive from Fremont to get about the best meal that we have had in years. I love liver and onions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ onion rings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️mash potatoes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We will be going back.“

“Great diner atmosphere! Friendly family vibes. Delicious food! Clean n comforting. We will be back!“

“It's a bar but a cozy bar if that makes sense..the bar tender was very friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty and very affordable. I had the Grant St Nachos 1/2 order and it was still a lot of food. My husband ordered the peanut butter burger and the meat patty was thick. Overall it was a good 1st time experience.“

“While it took awhile to get waited on when first arrived, there was zero short after that! I believe possibly the day manager waited on us while the other waiters truly hussled through the other orders when what I believe was a substantial lunch crowd hit right at opening! Take my word for it-do the hummus tray! Pesto and sundried tomato hummus was unreal-so good! My husband had the Swiss mushroom burger with the up charged sweet potato fries which was so worth it! Our cocktails were well made with a nice pour. Well done Local Beer! We will return! (Sorry no pictures!). Would be great for a sport even! Energetic atmosphere!“

“Excellent food and service. Love the giant pretzel, brats, and beer!“

“Great bar food +. wings, burgers. home made crab rangoon, puffy tacos...what more could you want?“

“Have been here a dozen times and the food is always great and the team is awesome and friendly!“

“Visited with my work colleagues for lunch at their recommendation. Not a place I would typically go to, since it has that kind of dive bar look and feel to it, which is totally cool!

It was a bit dark upon entering, again Kind of that dive bar vibe, but the sitting area looked clean and organized. Our waitress was super personable as well.

I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger, which was really tasty. It was done nicely in terms of being cooked and had good seasoning. I substituted the chips for the sweet potato fries and they tasted good as well, but the serving portion could have been a little bit more for being an upgrade.

All of my co-workers said they enjoyed their meals as well. Overall, I'm glad we went. Definitely worth a try if you have not been before.“

“My wedding venue dropped out 4 days before my day and the pheasant went above and beyond to accommodate our party last minute! Huge shot out to DJ Mike/manager for making my day special and stress free!“

“Place is amazing. You gotta try the apricot and jalapeño jam. Food was amazing. Our waitress was great can't complain about her at all. I asked the manager if he knew about another tap house in Omaha he said yes. I told him your burgers are better that theirs. He said thank you. 5 five tap house.“

“They have the original Rueben recipe from the hotel across the street. It was a good sandwich for sure and the atmosphere here is great. I don’t know if it’s the best Rueben I’ve ever had, but I’d certainly come back here if I’m in Omaha again.“

“The wings are amazing, hands down the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten A LOT of wings. The atmosphere is homey and feels like a small town bar, which I love. We live in Lincoln and will have to make some special trips up to this place now“

“Have been here a dozen times and the food is always great and the team is awesome and friendly!“

“Stopped by for breakfast. Awesome fast service and great food!“

“I’ve been going here for about 20 years now. It was great in the beginning, but seemed to drop off for a few years. I have to say, the last year I’ve gone here, it has been great. I don’t know what they did, but the beer is colder, the wings are tops and the food is just better. Glad to see they live up to being a quality sports bar & grill.“

“We reserved Jack’s party room for an after-work office social. Great room, food selections were wonderful and server was GREAT!! (Paige). Would absolutely recommend for any party/social for a group!!“

“Reggae music & dancing 'mon

I did not mind the music & noise level but Google asks for a description with multiple choice of the music level.

There were no servers for tables, it's required to go to bar to order any food or drinks. There are menu specials, and I recommend you ask!“

“Great place to watch the horses!“

“The service wasn't perfect, but the girl was bartender & server all by herself so I gotta give her props for that. The special was wings, 10 for $10 and the mango habanero sauce was supreme. They have a daily special that includes all the comfort foods... Hot beef, chicken fried steak, giant pork tenderloin. The nachos & burgers looked amazing and what I will try next is Irish Nachos but you gotta see that for yourself. Sláinte!“

“My wife and I ate here on the evening of 7/24/26. Our server Asher was very professional and personable. Our prime rib and onion rings were excellent! Ordered it medium, it was delivered exactly medium. Flawless. The seasoning on the prime rib was excellent! The onion rings are huge, sweet, homemade and the best we have ever had. There is a slight up-charge to order them, but it is worth it! My wife had a pork tenderloin sandwich and she said it was awesome. The table next to us got the lighthouse nachos and they looked fantastic! We had a very good experience and would give the food a 10 out of 10! The service Asher provided us was a 10 out of 10. The bussers were very prompt at cleaning off the tables and even wiped off the chairs. We would highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back soon! We even posted a pic of our wonderful server Asher. Thank you! Jeff & Gail“

“Excellent customer service!“

“Friendly staff, fun environment.“
