“Delicious food, amazing atmosphere, and friendly staff. Stopped in on a work trip from Cincinnati and was greeted by one of the owners who was so friendly and informative. Our server, Raechel, was really helpful in helping us order. We’ll be making a trip back to Omaha just to try more of the options! Every time I come, I have so much fun!The first time I went, I ordered a fun drink with the sliders and my friend ordered the flatbread.The next time I went we ordered a few apps to share and the brie cheese app tasted more like cheso than brie but the soft pretzel and the pork belly tacos were absolutely incredible! The drinks as always were amazing!Recently, my friends and I went to one of their themed brunches and it was so much fun! We were not expecting it to be so incredible! I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes with bacon on the side and the pancakes were heavenly. If they had blueberries in them, it would just take it over the top!! “My friend & I tried Alice for the first time Saturday night. I have frequented their sister bar Wicked Rabbit and was looking forward to trying Alice. The atmosphere was great and the staff was super friendly. I personally love when my drinks get set on fire because its a great show. I had the Demeter & the Planters Punch. If I had one suggestion, it would be less ice! However, the cocktails were great and I'm looking forward to going back.“
“Great place to reserve for a large group or party! Saro kindly hosted my graduation party and it was the most wonderful experience. The layout is open in such a way that I did not feel like anyone was excluded during the party because we could always have eyes on everyone there. The turnout was quick throughout the entire night for drinks and we never ran out of yummy easily snackable plates. As an added bonus, everything on their menu is gluten free so it was very inclusive to our GF friends & family. Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. We each did the Prix Fixe menu, trying an array of the items. We also added wine pairings and a few cocktails (Jameson & the Giant Peach was fabulous).Pictured are the Angus hanging tender, yuzu creme brulee, and chocolate cheesecake. “WE LIVED FOR THIS PLACE!! The DJ, I cannot believe how superb his music choice was. My group was 60s to 21 and we all danced for hours. Melanie and Amber were fantastic waitresses. The drinks were GREAT prices and everyone was so friendly. The bartenders were so aware of the bar and assisting people the whole night. We ordered nachos and so tasty! We left and tried other places and STILL came back here. I travel a lot and would have to say this was hands down my favorite spot to dance and drink!“
“Unique dining experience where you get a show as the cook makes your food. Be ready to spend some time here and you have to go at the pace of the other diners at your table. Details like clearing plates were sometimes missed. Very loud due to all the birthdays and the singing of happy birthday. It happened four times while I was there.“

“Barroco is the most unassuming, amazing little spot I had no idea existed! It's located in the corner of a strip mall, but once you enter, you are completely transported to another place! It is dimly lit with candles, yet warm and welcoming. The service was friendly, and the espresso martini was amazing! “I absolutely loved stumbling across Proof after moving to Omaha. This has been the perfect place for casual outings to catch up with friends and family. Their specialty cocktails are all delicious, and you could not ask for a larger selection of spirits. A few favorites: House Bourbon Old Fashioned, White Rose, Espresso Martini, and the Mai Thai. I especially recommend grabbing a seat at the bar at least once so you can have an up-close experience and watch them make their craft. “Well, I am from out of town, SE MN to be exact. I was recommended to come her from a local. Well, I arrived and Taylor was there to great me. She asked what I would like and I said and Olde Fashioned, she replied, what bourbon, I said dealer's choice. She chose well. The price/size of the beverage was just about perfect. Taylor was very friendly and knowledgeable. An added bonus, you all use the good cherries! Highly recommend going to this place for a drink or 2.“
“Very cool ambience and decoration. The location on the basement of the hotel gives the appearance of an actual speakeasy but there is easy access to the street. Music was a bit too loud for a speakeasy ambience. Cocktails were not consistent, due mainly to bartenders. There was one that knew what they were doing and the other not so much. I guess just luck if you get the right person. Food options not that extensive here. The steak bites were great though. Super tender and flavorful. Overall, good for a stop and definitely should be check out.“

“I went for lunch on a Friday with a colleague from work. Our service was wonderful, our waitress was a dear! The atmosphere was wonderful kind of a casual New Orleans/ French vibe but two things I think its needs (and these are kind of nitpicky): 1) for being New Orleans inspired the only thing that suggested that was the menu (and the name) some more ambiance would be nice and 2) the table was small. We sat at a table for two but between the drinks, appetizer plates, main course plates and then the bottles of hot sauce and other detritus there was no room on the table to actually comfortably eat!The food was wonderful but the reason I gave it a three is that there weren't a lot of options for non-red meat or non-pork eaters. Even the salads had bacon or pork sausage. I ended up getting a shrimp roll - which was wonderful but other than the spinach dip appetizer was basically the only thing I could order with out being obnoxious and asking for half the ingredients to be removed from a dish (which I have asked for before but I don't like being 'that' person.)Dietary restrictions: Be careful not a lot of options“

I usually don't factor my interactions with staff into how much I enjoy a restaurant, but every single person here was very genuinely friendly.As we got carded for our drinks, we only barely mentioned that we had just moved here to Omaha. “Sometimes you don't want a pizza with goat cheese and a balsamic drizzle, sometimes you just want good old fashioned bar food, the clubhouse is the place to go when you want that bar food. My wife and I had a nice dinner there last week, and I wanted to leave them a good review. This is a total neighborhood bar, nothing fancy, just good food and good people, the staff is very friendly. They have a standard menu with typical bar fare, fries, rings, burgers, sandwiches, etc. They also generally have a special on the board, the night we went they had a Wisconsin bacon cheddar burger, which was great. We also had a basket of onion rings and a bowl of chili. The rings were nice, very crispy and tasty. The chili was definitely homemade and was perfect for a cold night, highly recommended. For all you bourbon guys like me, they also had a private barrel selection that was good“
“I have only been here twice, but both times I have loved the experience! The bartender really knows their stuff, and is good at balancing attending to patrons, memorizing orders to mix, and making conversation if you are sitting at the bar. Every drink I have seen comes out beautifully and each one I've tasted even more so. I have enjoyed trying the funky seasonal creations, and want to keep coming back for each new menu. I have not tried the NA drinks, but really appreciate that they are an option!!Drinks aside, I LOVE the small atmosphere, the quirky design of the interior, and whoever plays DJ deserves a raise. I would feel comfortable bringing anyone who enjoys cocktails or mocktails here, because of how inviting this place is.“
“I saw this place as I was driving to a friend's on a Friday evening. The name caught me right away because I grew up in a community called West End. The place was comfortably crowded and oozed with positivize energy. A nice lady saw me scanning for an open seat and said there was a spot at the bar if I didn't mind sharing a little space with the servers. Best ^&%#'n seat in the house! Amber was my friendly mixologist and she whole-heartedly approved when I ordered the Crispy Brussel Sprouts. Amber somehow managed to keep pace with the orders that were coming in rapid-fire and still managed to check me regularly. I later learned nice lady who showed me to my seat was the owner, Julia. She came by and told me another seat had opened up. I was thinking "I'd pay admission for this seat". Sadly, I only spent 1/2 hour there because of a previous commitment. Next time I'm on Omaha, a visit to WestEnd Cocktails will be a priority.“

Burger had all the potential of being one of the top in Omaha, but the patty itself didn't have the seasoned flavor, to me the meat didn't taste fresh. Wings were above average. “Just wanted some sushi cus I was a bit hungover from the previous night. Absolutely knocked it out this park this place, lion king was so good I almost shed a tear. Miso soup was great too. Definite go-to place if you’re in need of some comfort food. Only critique I’d say was that they should try and opt for more premium metallic chopsticks instead of providing wooden disposable ones. This would really lift the restaurant’s already high quality and service to another level.“

Beyond the beauty, these servers went above and beyond. We didn't book the entire place since it was only a group of nine but they created a baby-specific playlist and changed the upper lights to pink. The drinks were fun--LED light ice cubes and woman-shaped glasses. Affogato was spot on! The well-priced charcuteries ($30) contained a good selection, fully covering large boards. It's a large, yet intimate, creative space. They had a large calendar of activities too. Talking to an owner, they also offer to rent out the space and will curate an activity (escape room, bingo, etc...) for your event; milestone birthdays, company/team outing, showers, etc... Save yourself the stress--score!“

Would definitely like to come back when there's a show going on or something. The space is very cute & cozy, I love the wainscoting & the the wallpaper & the light fixtures. Feels like an old house. There's a little library nook with a cool vintage couch. However, the lighting was so dark that it was hard to appreciate the design of it all. Accompanied my sister when she went out to smoke on the patio & the heater on the awning was nice. Her friend bought everyone one of these sake in a juice box. Never heard of it before so not sure if they're common or a rare find, but how cute! Overall the experience was good but because it was so dark, kinda quiet & mostly empty, it almost lulled me to sleep. I'll have to check it out another time & give an update.“

We didn't know what to expect, but this exceeded it.The cocktails were all pretty good and well-crafted, especially the mezcal-based one with thyme oil. Service was that middle distance where they mainly leave you alone but they're very helpful, friendly, and personal when they do engage. Music was fantastic. Exactly the right volume, with beats that made you feel alive and happy at an almost subconscious level. I'd be interested in stopping back in for some off the menu cocktails and see how those go. “What a fun place to go for a chill weekend night out! There is a good amount of seating at this outdoor area. There is some seating under a large pergola and more tables with umbrellas. These are attached to a grassy area with some lawn games. Overall just a fun environment. There is a small bar that serves some cocktails along with high noons and beers. The pretty cocktails were refreshing and delicious. The lines for drinks can be lengthy on a busy night but it moves fairly quickly. This would be a great spot to get together with friends or family earlier in the night. It's a fun spot to sit outdoors and sip on some drinks. We went on a night where they were doing salsa lessons which was a blast!“
