“I absolutely loved stumbling across Proof after moving to Omaha. This has been the perfect place for casual outings to catch up with friends and family. Their specialty cocktails are all delicious, and you could not ask for a larger selection of spirits. A few favorites: House Bourbon Old Fashioned, White Rose, Espresso Martini, and the Mai Thai. I especially recommend grabbing a seat at the bar at least once so you can have an up-close experience and watch them make their craft. They have diverse table options, but I would call ahead if you have a larger group!“

“The atmosphere and decor here is unmatched. Such a unique speakeasy. Love the Alice in wonderland theme and the cocktails were decent. Expensive but on par with any speciality cocktail lounge. You gotta get at least one that they light on fire. All the staff were super sweet as well.“
“If you're staying at the Westin Element, this is connected to the entrance to the property in a weird sort of way. Bourbon, Scotch, and whisky is their game. Lots of rare, allocated bottles. If you've ever wanted to try something before you plop down $80 at a store, I recommend a place like this. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. Bonus if you visit on Wednesday night. ALL whiskies are 25% off.“
“Extensive selection of craft beer and whiskey. Bartender Noah was friendly and helpful navigating all the options. Service was quick, prices were reasonable, and the beer and whiskey we had were excellent. The atmosphere was laid back and inviting. We intend to visit again in the future!“

“Really great lunch here today. Our server (also the bar tender) was excellent, super friendly, and very attentive even with a busy room.Everything we had was really excellent. The fish & chips were just about perfect. Light, flavorful, and crispy batter with perfectly cooked flaky fish witbout being soggy -- really well done. The chips/fries were great as well, pretty sure they were made in house too.My partner had the Wagyu smash burger and loved it. The Mac and cheese (with bacon obviously) was also really very good.And the curry was a great and amazing surpise...so good.Loved it all. “Barroco is the most unassuming, amazing little spot I had no idea existed! It's located in the corner of a strip mall, but once you enter, you are completely transported to another place! It is dimly lit with candles, yet warm and welcoming. The service was friendly, and the espresso martini was amazing! I only had the one drink, but I can't wait to come back and try more of their wine and cocktail offerings.“
